First off, thanks for stopping by. If you have a really short attention span, skip to the bottom for the concise summary, otherwise continue reading. I'm a fairly conventional sort of guy, inasmuch as it comes to most things, you can interpret this as I get up and go to work everyday, shop for groceries, clean up my own messes, launder my clothes, change the oil in my truck. I have the usual visitation rights that most divorced guys have, ie my kids every other weekend, I love my children very much, I spend as much quality time with them as I am able. I don't really watch a lot of television, I prefer something that engages my mind and/or imagination, and if lacking either of those qualities, doesn't have commercial interruptions at least. I really love music, I would like to think I have a fairly broad scope of tastes, I don't care much for what they call country music from the past decade or two, and I'm not much for hip-hop, other than that bring it on. In addition, I love the run on sentence, which you probably have noticed by now as well. I enjoy reading, I also like to write (mostly for my own amusement). My sense of humor is fairly dry, most of the time when you see me I have a smile or smirk on my face, as I find humor in most (if not all) things. I consider my self a realist (with perhaps a bit of optimist tossed in for good measure (I mean hey, I'm posting a profile here, right? I enjoy relaxing at my house more than going out, I like to cook, I enjoy having friends over. I don't follow sports very closely any more, although I've enjoy watching the Rangers especially as the post season approaches. I love trivia games (I've got a good memory (which may translate into not forgetting your birthday, or if I do the ability to tell you what obscure event occurred on that date in history), and board games in general. I'm looking for a woman who is fairly low key (but in all honesty, who describes themselves as edgy and tightly wound?) I like a lady with some curves (if you've looked at my pics you see I'm on the larger side of life), I like longer hair on a woman (but hey with my hairline who am i to judge). If you have kids that's cool, so do I, I'm not really looking to have any more (but who knows how it will all pan out). I like someone who doesn't take herself too seriously, likes to laugh, has an interest in things outside of celebrity gossip and American Idol. So if you're still reading, Great! (unless you're looking for the concise summary, in which case, next paragraph) feel free to send a message, I'd enjoy chatting with (or goodness even having a conversation) you. Otherwise, best of luck to you, and thanks for powering through all of this.tl,dr: Nice guy looking for a nice girl for friends first As for first meeting, something along the lines of coffee or drinks to see if there is any chemistry, and take things as they come from that point.

OK, so At one point I had a very long winded profile here. I was separated, pending divorce, had a lot of things going on in my head. I was done wrong, but guess what? I'm over it. Ready to get back out into the swing of things and have some fun. I am a single father, and work a lot of hours, so I really don't have time to be a very dedicated guy, I'm going to be a weekend warrior for awhile. With that being said, would like to meet some new friends, hang out, and just let the good times roll. If I do meet the right person, I am a very honest, dedicated man who is ***percent involved. At any rate, if any of this excites you for some reason, feel free to message me. The worst thing that could happen is it doesn't work, one of us is not interested, whatever. So be it. It's a big world. Let's do this! My ideal first date would not be at the movies. I think something like a concert,or something outdoors followed by dinner is a good first date. It gives you time to talk and get to know a person better. Also something public, I don't want to be kidnapped by some crazy lady....lol
