I like to stay in shape for the most part by eating right and walking, working out what ever else I have to do to keep myself going health wise.     Wow, back on the water again lol. Just when you thought you had a keeper and could hang up ur reel, nope. Oh well. If nothing else it opened my eyes to the fact that i am ready to find that healthy relationship I hear exists. So here it goes...again.
