About Me

I'm new to meetville but I find it interesting that they want to nail you down into one category. I don't know about you but I can't define myself by one category. I call myself a geek but I'm a free thinker, bookworm, chef, athlete, daredevil, adventurer, the list goes on. Can one really define themselves by one category? What do I like to do? In my spare time I love Aikido, although I moved and can't find a dojo in the area, I like to rock climb, watch football, drink and hang out with my friends, live music, catch a cool movie or go for a night on the town. I'm trying to learn to play the guitar but I'm horrible. Sometimes I think the closest I'll ever get to playing a musical *** making that sound from a straw in my cup of soda go up and down. I like to challenge myself. I try to live my life by a simple rule. Don't be a douchebag. You won't find pictures of me popping my collar, pointing at my chest with a beer can, or doing any other forms of douchebaggery.I have two kids who are just the most amazing kids. They're both really cool and I enjoy spending as much time with them as possible. They both volunteer, one through the girl scouts the other through school. I have a soft spot for Veterans. At the end of the day I try to live my life by the golden rule, I have a good job, my own transportations, and my own place. I even have a dog that I love. I've had him since he was a puppy. I like to go to concerts, and also smaller places to see bands play. I like most music, but am not big on country. I also like movies, dining out, and finding nice patios to enjoy good times with good people. I think you can always have a good time no matter what you are doing in the right company.
