I`m 53 not 50 not sure what happened there, if I was going to reduce some years, I`d go back to 35 not 50 lol .. Halloween is my favorite day of the year, what other time of year can you dress up, look like a total reject and get away with it? lol This year I plan on being a Rainstorm...hopefully I can pull it off, summer favorite season, not too keen on the bitter cold... brrrrrr however I also enjoy Christmas with the grandkids.     ’s Neverland Ranch for following tarantulas around the back of the elephant barn! I can get so into a book, that I read it in one session. There are photos of me at many family Christmases, book in hand, laying on the couch, as holiday chaos surrounds me! My recent reads include; “’s Key”, “” and “Kinfolks”. I try to take advantage of living in DC, and I’ I am my family’s official Zoo guide and teach my nieces and nephews about the animals, usually while walking and talking like the topic animal! Life should be purposeful and fun, and the ability to laugh at oneself is high on my list of positive attributes! As is the ability to handle being laughed at, because when something strikes me funny, I can’t help myself! I like to keep things real, too. I value financial responsibility and try to educate myself about investing, economics, and business. I enjoy talking about these topics, especially with someone more knowledgeable who enjoys sharing that knowledge. I also like to keep up to date on current events and am politically moderate. I like the back and forth of a respectful discussion of different points of views, having my opinion changed or changing others opinions or agreeing to disagree. I’m looking for a man who is curious about life and seeks answers through exploring and learning. Who enjoys his career, but values time away just as much.     Everyone has a story....I've been divorced almost 2 years and not sure where to even start dating again. Friends will tell you I have a good heart, I'm loyal and trustworthy, honest to a fault, independent, can be stubborn and don't do drama or games. We aren't in high school anymore and life is just too short for that ! Also I occasionally have a wicked sense of humor, I mean laughter is the best medicine, right? I love to swim, have a garden every year, love to country western dance, love most music except rap and just hanging out under the stars. Mexican food is probably my favorite given a choice.
