This is my first experience with online dating. I'm a single woman who would love to one day meet my best friend to enjoy life with, long term. I'm smart, independent, (went on an 8 night cruise alone), and from what I'm told, attractive & fun to be around. I'm a girlie girl, but not high maintenance. I'm kind of old fashioned in the sense that I'm not into casual sex, like a lot of people these days. I don't take it lightly. I won't kiss on a first date either. Sometimes not for a couple, but it is worth the wait! LOL I have to feel very comfortable with the man & kissing can be more intimate than sex. I tend to be too trusting & giving with people & have gotten hurt many times because of it. I haven't been able to find a man who is truly honest & doesn't lie or deceive. I'm a very honest & open person, & I expect the same from others. WITHOUT TRUST, YOU HAVE NOTHING. I know the best start for a relationship is friendship, and that is all I'm looking for right now. If the right person comes along, who knows what else. I know I don't NEED a man in my life, but a good companion would make life that much better. I love to socialize & go out dancing. I probably listen to it about 85% of the time, so if you hate it or just never listened & won't give it a chance, you're probably not the one for me. I haven't experienced a whole lot in my life & would love to try new things. I wanna go on a wave runner, so bad!!!(finally did on 4th of July) I took the boating safety course, but have yet to go. I want to go sailing too! Anyone have either?? LOLI love to go to concerts (usually country) & it would be nice to have someone to go with. Oh yeah, I can't live with a SMOKER, so I won't date one. The first thing I notice are eyes & smile. :-) A great smile is a big turn on. Another of the 3 most important things is having the same spiritual beliefs.
