If I were to be totally honest here I am not quite sure what I am expecting. I am just trying to figure this out one day at a time after ending a ten year marriage (happily divorced as of Feb). I have two wonderful children who keep me very busy but I miss having time to do things with a partner or adult. I enjoy dining out and movies, seeing new places and keeping busy. I have a lot of great friends where I live and who I socialize with but ALL of them are married so I guess this is how people meet other people these days so I thought I would just give it a try. I am straight forward and mean what I say..reliable in that if I say I will do something it means I will and I am looking for the same . Okay....so it sounds a little abrasive...."Are you worth the time?"...but I believe life is too short to waste time on those things/people that aren't worth it. By that I mean people who don't treat me the way I deserve to be treated...because I treat people that way, and I feel it should go both ways. As long as you are giving what you know you are capable of giving, then you are worth it. I love boating in Havasu, going to the desert and getting dirty, and working out, really just about anything as long as it is with the right person or people! First date? I would say a ride on the bikes to the beach and having Sunday Funday watching sports or people watching and enjoying people!
