About Me

I am an enthusiastic smarty pants who has a very soft side within. I value and appreciate those who have a sense of humor, who can be loyal and trustworthy, and who can share in a good conversation, competition, and make light work of the mundane chores of life. I love a good adventure. I enjoy traveling, and new places to explore, but I also have favorite places that I never tire of going back to. There is a favorite beach in my past that always brings me back to myself - In the not too distant past I have been a competitive biathlon-er, and still enjoy staying fit and active. I have always enjoyed movies, dance as an art form, and the theatre. Two of my favorite recent productions seen were "Wicked" and "Man of La Mancha". If I were to die tomorrow I would feel that I've been blessed to live the life I've lived, but I hope to be around for a good 40 more, and hope to enjoy the company of someone who will humor me and help me embrace all of the REST that life has to offer, because I feel like I am still just getting started! Kids (young or old) are a plus ;***Hopefully you have trained them to be nice). My ideal first date would be to meet at the top of the Empire State Building and zip-line over to the statue of Liberty - haha! Not really. I like a creative soul, and I'm good a coming up with ideas, but for a get to know you date, maybe a walk in a public park and a little refreshment or bite to eat afterwards.

    I love the ocean and I just got back from Vacation in Cali ,Ventra beach I woke up early each of my 7 days I was there and watched the sun rise on the porch of my friends beach house I enjoyed some nice long walks on the beach at sunset. Then joined some people at at a bond fire after dark and made some new friends. Nothing like fresh ocean air and the sun to refresh your body,help clear your mind and make you feel young again. But it also made me aware I was missing something after taking the time to slow down I relized even though I like being alone I don't have anyone to share my memories with and i would have been nice to share my time with my best friend and soulmate I just can't seem to find you! It would depend on who I was going on the date with. But I'm an open person and I enjoy doing many things! So we will discuss it when times comes.
