Woman. 42 years old. Zodiac sign: Pisces.
Looking for: man. In age: 39-49
My kids are my life. I have a six year old girl and three year old boy. They keep me crazy active! I love to do kid stuff. We frequent parks, zoos, concerts, etc. Someone I am with will want to do most of these things with us. Their dad is not in the picture so I am not the typical divorcee with every other weekend free. I want to meet the one who makes my knees buckle when he kisses me however he also needs to realize I come as a package of three. That being said I have the time and energy and enough room in my heart to meet you, date you and be there for you. I am extremely loyal and i do not lie. Ever. I expect for you to be the same. I also love animals big and small and have quite a few. If you are allergic or don't like cats or dogs we will surely not work out. Besides my kids my group of elementary/junior high school girlfriends and my family are everything. I'm hoping to meet someone who has friends of their own. The loner thing does not work for me. I want to meet your friends and i want you to meet mine. I love to travel but unfortunately currently have an expired passport. Most people think I am much younger than my chronological age. Not sure if that is the way I look or the way I act!P.S... It is a suburb about 40 minutes North. A good first date is one you meet only for a drink and wind up having a second just to spend more time together. The conversation is good and you can't wait to see each other again!

Woman. 45 years old. Zodiac sign: Cancer.
Looking for: man. In age: 42-52
I am a happy, professional woman with lots of activities and things to keep me occupied. But what I really want is to slow down and enjoy my life with someone special. I have a take-charge exterior, and a submissive interior.I have teenagers at home who are involved in several activities, for which I regularly volunteer. I have a dog and a few other furry creatures in the house.I believe in contributing to the community, so I do a couple of fun volunteer things - theatre and Girl Scouts, and one more serious one regarding teen suicide prevention.I have been an Orioles fan all along, and went to games while they stunk.I love camping, music, the beach, the mountains, water sports - I'm a certified scuba diver. I enjoy theater and dining out as well as cooking and grilling, and all the typical outings. I especially love concerts and comedy clubs. My kids do a lot of community theater, and I spend several weekends each year volunteering backstage or writing play programs (Playbills). I'm also the Camping Mom for the Girl Scout troop.I am looking for a partnership and love. I was married for over 14 years, and I liked being married, but it would be better to have the right match. I am a nurturer - I like cooking and playing hostess, but I have to be appreciated. Life is short, and I have always wanted one thing - to be happily married to my best friend. I only respond to people with pictures, and pictures of motorcycles and "stuff" doesn't count. Also, if you are wearing a hat and sunglasses in your only picture, that's a disguise.*Gentlemen: if you ask a woman a question but don't let her answer or cut her off in order to give your answer, it's very transparent that you don't care what she has to say. It's the same when a person monopolizes a conversation. The other person may at first be entertained, but after a bit will be bored. Men, who are kind, who have been married before and men who are good fathers to their own kids usually understand me. And sexy and good sense of humor is a huge plus! Please do not bring your children on the second date. Please do not invite yourself to my house for dinner. I will do that when I am ready. Thank you.Profiles that crack me up: The obligatory "man holding fish" picture. I'm not cleaning that thing. Hunting pictures - yuck, it's dead, seriously please don't show me that. Pictures of vehicles. Lol. It would never in a million years occur to me to take a picture of my car and post it. My favorite all-time profiles were: 2nd place - the camouflage guy holding the dead turkey, and in 1st place - the Harley guy who sent me about 8 pictures of his workshop and his tools. But yet, all my friend's husbands were in favor of me meeting him because they wanted to borrow his stuff. A drink or a meal that allowed us to talk, and some spare time afterward in case we hit it off!

Woman. 42 years old. Zodiac sign: Scorpio.
Looking for: man. In age: 39-49
Describe myself... affectionate, intelligent, sarcastic, literate, playful, passionate... naturally curly long hair past my shoulders, green eyes, long fingernails, nice curves. I'm comfortable in my skin, happy with my life and looking to fill a void. I enjoy travel, and I like to get away - beach and mountains at least once a year each to recharge my soul. (but I don't, so I just tend to grin the whole time) I also enjoy reading and movies, spending time with friends and family whenever I can, and trying to keep my world running smoothly. I'm pretty smart, and love long conversations about all kinds of topics and my family will no longer play trivia games with me (sore losers!). I listen to whatever music is on the radio, and couldn't tell you the artist of most songs if there was a gun to my head - but I do like music. Movies are a different story - I know movies - I collect movies. And books - LOTS of books (one of my shelves keeps collapsing, but I can't get rid of my books). If I added you to my favorites, it's because I found your profile interesting and just didn't know how to break the ice. OR because I was browsing profiles, thought yours was interesting, but didn't have time to actually put thought into a message, and didn't want to send a generic "Hi how are you?" note. :) So, let's see, you want to know more about me? Here are a few easy ones - if you go to church every week and/or you have listed god in your interests sections, I'm probably not a good match for you. I'm a spiritual person, but not at all religious. If you went to Dragon-Con or the Renn Faire and/or understand why that's a fun way to spend a day, HI :). If you do drugs, bye bye. Also, not crazy about smokers. I did have a nice long posting with lovely examples and stories, but I have been warned that it was a little too long -Want to know my favorite show? Finish this line " Bowties are *** :D Hope you saw or read something you liked and I look forward to hearing from you. First date - It opens so many conversations that otherwise don't happen. But a nice lunch or dinner is also nice. Really, it's more about getting to know someone, so the location isn't as important as the company.
