I can be very girly-girl, but I am also not one to wait for someone else to do anything for me. I'm incredibly handy around the house (and I not only know how, but am not afraid to change a flat). I like to be treated like a lady, but not like an invalid. I'm just as comfortable getting dressed up for a night on the town as I am throwing on jeans for an evening of pool and wings. I love to spend time out, and I love a quiet night at home too (okay, starting to sound a bit cliched, I'm going to have to work on this a bit). I love to read, like to cook and hope to take some photography and dance classes (seriously lacking in rhythm, but what the heck). Live music, comedy, and general tomfoolery are big hits with me. Anywhere I'm with good friends is my favorite place.If you are ultra conservative, we will probably not get along. I have an inappropriate sense of humor (though I usually know when to keep it reigned in) and I do some body paint modeling on occasion (in art settings, not clubs) and I love it. I think the human body is beautiful and an excellent canvas for art, so if this is going to bother you, don't e-mail me!While I'm not in a huge rush to get into a serious relationship, I wouldn't be opposed to it with the right person. I've had "good enough", "fun for now", and even "almost perfect", and now I'm ready for absolutely amazing, though am not opposed to just meeting some good people until then. We're all looking for different things, but please respect that I'm not looking for casual sex at this point in my life, nor am I just sitting around hoping that some young stud is going to pick me for his "older woman" phase. I prefer to keep these very casual and low pressure. Meeting for a drink first to see if there is any chemistry is a good plan. If all goes well, moving to dinner or something along those lines is great.
