Hi!I've read several articles on how to write a good profile on dating sites and they all seem to contradict one another, so I'm going to wing it here. If I miss anything, feel free to ask. Lets start with some of the basics... I'm somewhat recently divorced ***. I met my ex at a bar in '99 so its been a while since I've been out there looking! LOL I currently work from home, hoping to be able to continue to do so until fall of ***when my youngest will be in all day school. That being said, I'm a mom. I've got 2 young kids who primarily live with me. And last fall we adopted a small dog. I generally adore my dog, but there have been many occasions where I wonder what I was thinking when I got him! LOL Oh & I'm close to my family.; a brother... I'm just not as close to the oldest two. =)I marked my profile as having a "crafty" personality. I enjoy making things with my hands. I'm all over the place with what I make.; painted planters with my kids. I also enjoy listening to music. It's a toss up. I haven't been to a concert in ages, but use to really enjoy going. I love to read fiction. I'm almost always reading something. In the evenings I prefer reading or screwing around on the computer to watching tv. I do however love to go to the movies. Comedies, dramas, quirky, scary, chick flicks, (some) action... I like a little bit of everything. Hmmm, I enjoy being outside. I like going for casual bike rides, taking walks, just hanging out in the fresh air. Hanging out at a BBQ with good people is always a good time. I like going out to dinner or out for an occasional drink. In all honesty, I'm probably just as happy staying in with friends & having a beer as I am going out to a bar. I'm on here hoping to find a relationship. I'd love to find a guy that I click with & hope that it grows into something more. I hope that someday, I'll fall in love again, remarry & grow old together. Well, that's a glimpse of me.
