I'm a very compassionate person, down to earth and looking for some good company..:) Some fact filled details about me..:)- I’m a Newfie; although, I have lived in NS for 11 years now- I have a son who is my little buddy. I have dated men with and without children and I really don’t have a preference. However, if you are not completely open to eventually accepting my child and incorporating him into your life, I am not the person for you. I am hoping that he’s not going anywhere at least for another 12 years :)- I enjoy a good book and plan to write my own children’s book in the very near future- I would consider myself somewhat of the ongoing type and up for some fun anytime!- I like the outdoors, enjoy a walk on the beach and a sky full of stars- Camping is another fav of mine although I can't remember the last time I went. Camp fires with some cold beer are awesome! - Whale and bird watching in the warmer months is a must for me. It fascinates me more every time! I usually take a trip back home every summer and spend most of my days on the water cod fishing...I find it very refreshing.- I have a professional job and take pride in my work ethic- I have a condo. Although it's not my ideal living corridors, it is tastefully decorated to meet my needs- Music tastes? Honestly, I could probably listen to anything and like it. The radio is my best friend most of the time but I do enjoy some of the late 90’s tunes.- I’ve recently become friends with the gym and liking it thus far. - I absolutely love Halloween and the thrill that comes along with it. Scary movies, haunted corn mazes and houses, pumpkin carving…love everything about it. - I drink wine quite often just because I am so classy…kidding! :) I do drink wine though…sometimes very randomly by myself until I pass out :)- I’m somewhat of the girlie type I guess considering how much I adore shoes..ha! Don’t get me wrong, I can get my hands dirty and put the worm on the hook…no prob. I can participate on your fishing trip and quite thoroughly enjoy it; just don’t expect me to eat the catch of the day. - This question will arise so I will answer it upfront. I am officially divorced, no strings attached. My son’s father and I have a fantastic relationship…everyone is good :)- I am not a high maintenance type person at all. My usual Saturday morning look is a ballcap and hoodie and I really could care less. I am a super morning person, as long as there is an IV of coffee in arms reach :***I am often asked, what is it exactly that I am looking for in someone. I don’t think I can honestly answer that question until I find it. I do somewhat know what excites me and gets me intrigued, but I also know what I do not want. - Family comes first and my values and standards are very strong- I’m probably one of the most honest people you will ever meet, independent, dedicated and warmAs my conservatory mind wanders, please know that I am not looking for causal flings. I do like to keep things light and friendly but not too "friendly" at first...:)*** No drugs this way please....Ps: Please don't call me chick....I am far from a chicken....And, if you find this interesting and would like to chat, please say more than a simple "hey, hello or hi"..as I won't be inclined to respond. I am a loving caring honest person. I have been in some bad situations in my life, I'm at the point of realizing those situations have helped me in becoming the person I am today. I've been down some long roads, but I'm starting to focus on the good *** the bad...;) Family comes first in my life, so if you aren't family orientated we probably wont hit it off. I really want to go out tuna fishing again...that was an amazing experience!!! Being that far out in the ocean nothing around but the water and sea life...dolphins jumping, whales tails, sharks...plus the fact that tuna are such gorgeous fish before they are killed is just bonus. I love going to the beach and watching the waves, smelling the sea air, and watching my kids play in the sand digging for seashells...going up in the mountains to feel the peacefulness that surrounds you and searching for animals and rocks. Watching my kids have fun is the biggest kick for me. I want to find my best friend and see where things go from there. Each person is different, so my perfect date might not be so perfect for my date, therefore there is no way for it to be perfect...
