About Me

I like to look at myself as a pretty laid back, easy going person. I'm all about fun and adventure but don't mind a quiet night at home either. I'm not really to good at these things cause there is so much to know about a person and it's fun to learn them as you meet. Well, I'm 28 was attending school for a while until a job opportunity popped up so that has been put on the back burner until further notice. I tend to be kinda spontaneous/random at times. Sarcasm is like a second language to me and if you can't take a joke or me messing with you then i'm sorry it won't work. Hmmmm what else...I'm very independent and hate to be babied but a little extra TLC once in a while never hurt anyone.I'm on here mainly because I don't get out on the town much and none of my friends have people to hook me up on blind dates with (thank god) so this seemed like it could possibly be an alternative option. I'll put it out there that I do eventually want to have a happy healthy relationship with the perfect person for me but I'm not looking to rush into things. If your looking for a one night stand or an easy piece of ass press the back button now and look else where. That being said please don't ask me what I'm looking for. I'll take that as you didn't take the time to read this so you really don't care to know a little about me ??     I have been described as a juxtaposition in that I enjoy nights of complete solitude just as much as I enjoy nights staying out with new faces in new places until the sun rises. I understand there is a balance between responsibility and having fun, and I tend to tease that balance constantly. I already have a great group of girlfriends and family who are equally important to me. I currently work full-- Creative Writing. I spend a great deal of my free time reading and writing for pleasure. I am also known for my grammar and editing skills. Although I enjoy quiet time, I just as much enjoy being out in the company of friends at restaurants, bars, local patios, and checking out music venues or shows. I am prone to dating "creative" types, but I am open to meeting anyone with a good overall feel for themselves and what they want out of life. I think it's important to understand what makes a person "tick." Like many people, I enjoy a good laugh, a night of movie watching, listening to music, or having a good conversation over dinner or a glass of wine. Although I enjoy coffee shop atmospheres, I often find myself taking my coffee to go out for a walk or in search of a new adventure. I am not entirely set in my ways and appreciate those who can get me to smile and laugh at myself. I need a plan for adventure as often as I change the color of my hair, which is currently blonde. All in all, I'm finding as time goes on I am figuring more out, but it would be nice to have someone to figure it out with.
