Also, I eat healthy food and I exercise regularly (which is not to say that I'm a gym rat, because I'm not), and I don't think it's out of line for me to say that I prefer a woman who's the same way. For a first date, I'd rather not use the word "date" at all. I think something simple and casual is the way to go, since we're just getting to know each other. Maybe meet up for coffee, get to know each other, and see if there's chemistry. If that goes well, then we can take it from there.
