Also, I eat healthy food and I exercise regularly (which is not to say that I'm a gym rat, because I'm not), and I don't think it's out of line for me to say that I prefer a woman who's the same way. For a first date, I'd rather not use the word "date" at all. I think something simple and casual is the way to go, since we're just getting to know each other.
