I find lots of things to be either really funny, or really stupid - sometimes both...I make no bones about pointing it out - whatever it may be, to whomever it may concern. I've never been shy to say what's on my mind (which does and can get me into a bit of trouble sometimes ;) That being said...I'm one of the most honest individuals you will ever come across. If you're passionate about music and love to discuss about favorite bands, if you enjoy the nightlife and having drinks with friends (whether it's my friends, your friends, or with people we just met.)...you and I should probably hang out. Most importantly... if you, somehow, find yourself laughing at my strange (and sometimes, offensive) sense of humor...congratulations - you have won me.If you ever find yourself in a game of "music trivia" or "Rock n' Roll Jeopardy" ...you're gonna probably want me on your team. I'm a total geek when it comes to trivial knowledge that, in most other cases, means absolutely nothing to people in the world. =) For example: I can't tell you anything about; quantum physics, elements in the periodic table, or even anything dealing with remedial trigonometry. But, if you ask me "which member of the band, KISS, was an elementary school teacher?" Or, "what band was the very 1st to have their video played on MTV?" Or, "who was the infamous producer of Nirvana's 'Nevermind' album and what band did he play drums for?" ... ;) Go ahead...try me.Now...I'm guessing *** reading this all the way through...you went straight for my photos first, right? Well, if you happened to notice, Yes...I am a musician. I currently am the drummer for an up & coming Irish/Celtic/Rock band based out of St. I've been a drummer for over 20 years... For me, playing music & performing onstage rivals: a caffeine buzz, the "high" from any drug & the most intense series of orgasms all rolled into one! ;) Unless you've been onstage in front of a roaring audience...you probably won't really understand what I mean. The point I'm getting at though is, I am VERY passionate about being a musician & the lifestyle that goes along with it. (and no...I'm not talking about the whole "snorting coke off of hookers asses in the backstage green room" bit. ;) I've enjoyed having the opportunity to go out on tour in the recent past & making very nice substantial income while doing it. For as fickle as the Music Business can be...I have experienced first hand that it IS obtainable to earn a living doing it - it is my goal to be doing that on a full-time basis in the very near future. Oh...If you're a musician yourself (or, even just PLAY an *** like you that much more. ...some things about me that might make you go, 'hmmmmmm."- I'd rather watch a movie versus watching television shows. I tend to go for Documentaries, Dark Humor/Satirical, Comedy, even an occasional classic Horror flick from time to time. But, I will still watch an episode of "Seinfeld", "Family Guy", "The Simpsons", or "; if it's ever on.-...but, a good ol' regular coffee is, often times, what I find myself pining for.- I DON'T really like cheese. But, I'll eat it on Pizza - and that's about it. (I know...I've been told that's weird.)- I have an extreme fear of deep, open water. But, I love swimming in it.- I do like my hats & wear them often (whether it's my Irish flat cap, my beanie stocking cap, or my aviator cap) Contrary to popular speculation - I am NOT bald. I will say that I don't have the full, luscious head of hair I had in my 20's. In fact, I'm sporting the ";...if that makes any sense? No, it's not my 1st choice in hairstyles I'd choose to have...But, it's the best I can do these days (I'm just having fun with what I have left!) That being said.....it only comes out on very rare, special occasions. And, no...a 1st date does NOT qualify as a "special occasion".- I am breaking the stereotypes of "Drummer jokes" with each passing day. However, if any RUSH song happens to come on - "Air Drumming" shall commence!!!- I am left-handed when it comes to writing and holding kitchen utensils...but, I do everything else right-handed. I've been told the term to describe that would be 'ambidextrous'. - this whole time, I just thought I was 'talented'- If you were to put Crystal Meth and Heroin on a table in front of me - only to say, "choose"....I will still always choose a Snicker's....if you have found yourself giggling and/or finding any amusement whilst reading any of this - you just might be up to the challenge of going on a date with me. (and maybe even liking it.) I am quite the craft beer connoisseur!(and no...I don't feel that makes me an alcoholic.) Stouts and Porters are my absolute FAVORITES...I do enjoy a good IPA also...I even enjoy throwing down some cheap canned beer every once in a while! I'd love to go on local brewery tours & try out new stuff...It'd be really nice to meet someone who shares a same love for craft beer, so I can have a partner-in-crime to tag along! I'm also a gigantic HOCKEY fan.(playing it, watching it or both.) I'm always down for going to a game; whether it's *** the Xcel, watching a collegiate level game *** Mariucci Arena, or sitting in the bleachers at a High school or Pee-Wee game. I've also always been a fan of karaoke bars & checking out the "talent" ;) ...It doesn't take much to get me to sing a tune or 7. But, ONLY if my date agrees to amaze me with her singing abilities!Honestly though...I'm really low-key. Bottom line is, If I really like you...it doesn't matter where we go or what we do :)
