I'm scruffy, I'm unfit, and can be pretty lazy at times. But goddamn: I'm the best at what I do.If only I could work out what that is exactly....at least I'm honest, and when If I send a message, it's (kind of) thought out, contains no text-speak, and I'm not making lewd propositions.As for my working life: I make computers do things. Currently I am making computers do things for a charity that sends donated, refurbished computers to African schools.When I'm not (failing at) getting paid for such computery work, I am someone. Who does stuff, and things, and generally messes around far too much.I listen to a lot of music, most of the times I'm listening to my "safe" genres of Blues, or Ska. Or Hip-Hop. Or Metal. But in the end of the day I'll give anything that's fed into my ears a listen, but what really grabs me is music with good basslines, and as such I attempt to play bass guitar with varying degrees of success/failure.If I told you what I liked regarding TV or movies we'd be here all day, suffice to say I was a child that was babysat by the popular entertainment of the time, now I'm a bit more cynical in my choices and avoid ITV and reality television at all costs... So I'm just going to say I watch Geeky things. Geeky things and comedy.So yeah. That's me. Kind of.So if you don't mind chatting to some ever so slightly sarcastic guy that spent too much of their formative years in front of a TV, reading a comic, or playing a videogame, and now have a head full of useless trivia which only comes in useful during the odd pub quiz, don't be afraid. A nice quiet drink somewhere maybe, possibly involving eating.

Well, it's about time for the annual meetville profile review. About me:- Interested in, Comic books, drawing, reading, writing (when the mood takes me.), walking, animal documentaries, films, certain tv shows (loving "game of thrones, Dr who, walking dead. Lover of big bang theory, how I met your mother & lets face it. You can't go wrong with some retro friends.) music wise, over the years I've loved songs more than artists or bands. So I like a bit of everything. You can generally keep your r'n'b, country & rap to yourself tho. Things I hate:- Beans, peas, eggs, mushrooms, no common sense( that's more recent), cyclists riding tandem when I'm driving, girls that play mind games, customers at the pub that think there better than me, just because they think I'm beneath them. I am who I am. Boom! :) As long as the companies good, I'm pretty much up for anything at least once. I'm usually just a bit quiet till I get to know somebody. Any apologies are given in advance.

'If I said you had a beautiful body would you hold it against me?'Ummm...i'm not very good at this, but here goes. Like everyone else on here I'm perfectly normal and just an average chap. I love music (currently stuck in a bit of a 90’s Indie rut), film, comedy & food although the order changes on an hourly basis.I love cooking and believe that it should taste amazing whether it's a slap-up meal or boiled egg & toasted soldiers and I make an awesome Sunday Roast. I can be quite shy at first but normally appear quite confident to outsiders. Apparently I have a dry & laconic wit; personally I think it's sarcasm. I enjoy cycling & going to the gym (actually, I don't enjoy going to the gym that much), socialising with friends, eating out, eating in, barbecues, pubs, bars, cinema, gigs etc. I'm not very good at making the first move but am looking to meet someone easy going with similar interests (and a nice bum would be a bonus) to share time & adventures with.
