I work shift work, I do 4 night on, 4 nights off so have plenty of spare time. 2 of my days off I spend with my daughter that means everything to me and as long as I have her in my life I'm happyInterests are snowboarding which I love and use to teach. Also I do stand up paddle boarding. So these give me exercise in the summer and winter as I'm not a gym person.
