.so far, so good. I moved over here for work and I'm lucky enough to work within a sport I love, with people and athletes that keep me young at heart and in the best office in the world. I'm active, I enjoy most sports and I'm always up for challenging myself. In the summer months I get to pretty much write my own schedule and who doesn't like getting paid to go cycling, lift weights or play Ultimate. It's a lifestyle I'm so used to now that I can't imagine having to work a 9-5, but then I guess I've never felt like this was necessarily the life for me anyway. I'm certainly not perfect but there are definitely a few Canadian idiosyncrasies that crack me up - ask me and I'll tell you..although once I've let it out of the box you won't be able to hold a conversation properly with another Canadian without noticing, might ruin any relationships you currently have...hahaOn the flip side I'm not just a sports 'jock'(no pun intended). I studied History and English at University so I do have a cultured side to me.- generally I'm on the go. I'm loyal, passionate, generous and intelligent. Contrary to the stereotypes spread about Scots we're not all tight, dour, heavy drinkers although the latter has been known to strike especially when our national team are playing football.Soooooo... If you're fun, single, comfortable in your own skin, don't take yourself too seriously, love to laugh, talk and discuss completely random topics, active, competitive, give us a shout - if you're lucky (or unlucky) you may find out about the kilt thing...~ First impressions do count and a couple of drinks or simply a coffee and a walk can often start up enough conversation to see if there's a spark. To my mind attraction comes first, romance comes later....so over to you....
