Hello,I am a 40 year old male looking for that someone special to spend time with and possibly the rest of my life. I have been involved in one serious relationship in my life. I am somewhat shy at first but I loosen up once I am comfortable around some one and get to know them. I have two cats and a dog that I have had for about 11 years. I have owned my home for over 10 years now. I enjoy camping, hiking, walking on the bike trail, and spending time with my family.-in-law, three nieces, and four nephews that I love spending time with. I enjoy games and doing game night with a group of people. I like going out to movies now and then. Going out to eat is always fun. I also enjoy just staying in and watching a good movie at home. I enjoy my job working with people and helping to make their day a bit easier. Guess I need more practice!) Lonestar is another group I like, and their rendition of Amazed is awesome! I don't drink, but don't mind spending time with friends at a bar. I'm don't watch a lot of sports on tv, but I do enjoy participating in bowling, baseball, and kickball (with the kids). I am a Packer and Brewers fan. I am a very honest person and I don't like hurting peoples' feelings. Looks are not the first thing I look for in a woman. It's what's inside that's much more important to me. I am looking for someone that is fun-loving, responsible, can take a joke with grace, and can retaliate with humor. I am looking for someone with similar interests, who can draw me into new things, and will try not to change me too much as I will try not to change her. I like who I am and I hope that you will too. I want to get to know and spend time with that someone special that I know is out there somewhere waiting for me. I think the perfect first date is getting to know each other over dinner and hanging out afterwards at maybe a movie or going for a walk. A double date would work if that would make everyone feel more comfortable. Talking with each other and communicating likes and dislikes would be great. I don't ice skate but a nice walk in the park on a moonlit night would be very enjoyable also.

I'm a little insecure myself, I can admit it, but if you're swimming in a pool of insecurity, I cant handle that all the time . - If you've known me for less than a week and give me the silent treatment because I made plans on the night you said you were busy but then change your mind the next day...well...that's pretty childish, lame, and well....lame. Good luck finding a nice guy, anyone that takes that kind of crap and comes back for more just wants ass. Some of us want to be treated right and have a real relationship - not a smart way to impress someone. Just for good measure, if you've ever been arrested for anything involving blunt or non blunt trauma to someones body...heck...need I say more? Yeah, I could have summed this up pretty quickly by saying "Smart, Funny, has some goals/motivations, isnt always on drugs" but then I'd barely use up the ***character minimum...As for me: I'm easy going, honest, kind, funny ( or try to be), sarcastic....I think most of my friends would put me in the 'nice guy' category. I like to relax, hang out with friends, hit a local spot, watch a movie and joke around alot. I consider myself a catch. I dont do drugs, dont beat women, make good money, have a good head on my shoulders, a good family and love kids. I expect to be treated well, just like any of you. If I get a red flag from you, you're history :) Just searching for that someone I'll click with. Will it happen in a bar? Sidewalk? On here? Don't know - but I figure this is another way to meet people that I would probably never run into outside. Maybe I'll find someone special, a new friend...couldn't hurt. A drink, a coffee, maybe dinner :)
