Under that category, I found a book called In The Heart Of The Sea and this quickly became one of my favorites. Currently, I seem to focus on post-apocalyptic fiction and have just read a few novels under that heading...The Passage, Oryx and Crake, The Sheep Look Up.I tend to get a craving for reading every once in a while and this usually leads to reading several books back to back.I really enjoy watching movies. Although most of the time, I do not go to the theater. I usually reserve the theater experience for a sci-fi movie or something I know will be fantastic on the big screen.Regarding food:I consider myself to be a vegetarian with vegan tendencies.I enjoy a good heirloom tomato. I enjoy fresh, crisp greens. Something casual.

Let's see.....Yes I'm tall, in my genes from somewhere up the line. My 12 year old daughter is too. My 11 year old daughter may catch up.I have a dog who also happens to be my work partner. My activities are always planned with him in mind, as he's a special dog. Doesn't mean that he tags along with me everywhere though. I have a view of mountains from every window in my home. I enjoy the peacefullness of living in nature, the wind through the trees, the creek flowing over the rocks, and the wildlife grazing in the field. Great way to unwind after a long day or night at work. I won't ever live in a city or urban subdivision again. I lease a horse for now. I hope to buy one within a year, but for now, the lease allows me to ride everyday if I want. I try to ride ***days a week and try to get my girls there to ride at least once a week.I work hard and am good at what I do. I am at the point in my career where I am starting to prepare to promote, so I tinker with studying when I'm in the mood.I am a Texan, born and raised and always will be. I was raised with southern values and continue those today. I do listen primarily to country music, wear wranglers (when not in uniform) and boots, and drive a truck. I like some of the nicer things in life, but I also like simplicity. I hope to continue to take more of them, especially after my dog retires. I enjoy concerts at the Gorge, hockey games at Comcast, watching football (go Cowboys!), hiking easier hikes, horseback riding, long drives, boat rides, quading, snowmobiling, shooting, relaxing at home, yard work, stimulating conversation, etc. I don'ski or snowboard because I have horrible knees, but enjoy heading up to the slopes to people watch.You are hopefully smart, funny, at least somewhat attractive (lol), employed and comfortable in your job/career, not want to party or go out EVERY night, and my absolute requirement.....you have to be an open communicator.Enough of the rambling, feel free to ask me anything else you want to know or send me an *** up a conversation.
