While I believe in optimism and positivity, I also believe in honesty, so here goes..... My ideal woman would be honest, trust worthy, and genuinely down to earth. Please don't be high maintenance, a princess, or a diva. Nothing is more of a turn off to me than someone who thinks they are better than everyone else. I'm not looking to be taken care of, you shouldn't expect me to take care of you because you think your God's gift to men. I would like to get married and have children one day. I love live music, both watching and performing. I love karaoke. I recently performed in live band karaoke in the saloon over Roxy's. My favorite song to perform is Baby Got Back by Sir Mix-a-lot. It always gets the crowd going. I also enjoy dancing and I'm an amateur martial artist. I even recently tried paintball and really enjoyed it. I am currently working on a plan that will take me back to school for a Law Degree. Some say I'm quirky, I say I have character. Either way I pride myself on being an individual. I'm a NY transplant, been here now for fifteen year. I work two jobs, have my own place, and car. I have a ten year old son that gets all my time when he's here. I can be busy at times but still have time to go out and hopefully meet that someone. I'm recently starting my life over after a very long relationship, so dating again is new to me. I'm not the best at keeping up a conversation, but I do try , so please try to message back more then one or two words. I do smoke, but trying to quit. I have cut down considerably just haven't been able to give it up completely. I'm sure you noticed I put a few extra pounds, but I am in shape. I like to cook sometimes and pretty good at it if I do say so. After work I can be tired sometimes and like to stay in and relax, but usually like to be outside even if just sitting on the porch on a cool day. I do like to go out, but not every weekend. If you do we're not going to get along. I also get up very early in the morning so usually in bed early as well. If your a night owl its going to be complicated between us. I'm a family kind of guy and always planning stuff to do with them. I'm not a drinker, if I have three beers in a week it was one to many. I have a variety of different interests. I like being outdoors when I can be. Weather it be fishing, hiking, swimming at the lake, or just grilling out with the family. I also play softball for the church league and basketball with friends when we can get together. I've just recently started playing golf, if you can call it that, but have enjoyed learning. I have a dirt bike that I on any given day I'll jump on and go riding. I like going to the park and walking sometimes or sitting under the shelter watching a good storm. I also like to find new recipes to try, so you have to like being in the kitchen with me sometimes. I go camping every once in a while with my son and nephews. Always like doing that when we can. I also have a Mr. fix it mentality, I can fix or build about anything. If you found something interesting about me and would like to know more. I really don't want to but this part, but after being on here for a short time felt I have to and I know this doesn't refer to everyone. Your wasting my time. If you only have one day a week to get away, it's not going to work. If the only time I talk to you is when I message then why are we talking. That wants to be in my life and spend the time it takes to see if there's something long term. If you don't have the time to go out or hang out then not sure why your trying to date, I'm looking for a lady not a child. I'm more of a rugged looking guy, by know means a pretty boy, but one of the best guys you'll meet that knows that I'm looking for and how to treat a lady.
