About me? This should be fun:) Lol.I'm just "me"! I'm an average looking guy I guess. That being said I have been extremely lucky in my life. I have dated some really amazing women and most are still my dear friends!! So maybe i'm not too bad to look at. Lol. I'm not too caught up on my looks, but I take care of myself. I suppose I hold my own and I do workout to stay relatively fit. You would never guess my age because I'm young at heart. What I mean is: I'm not hung up on age. Life's too short to dwell on that stuff. Can't stop it anyway so why worry about it!!! I'm very happy with my life and my accomplishments. Don't really fret over the small things. They don't seem to be a big deal in the long run anyway. I love my kids and family! Even the crazy ones:) Gotta love family. Lol. I'm an awesome dad. I have been a single parent for 13 plus years now and feel it was a blessing. I am working on a new career, but it's a work in progress. Lol. Just ask if you want to know more about that. I'm honest and not ashamed at where I'm at in life. I've served in the military and have amazing buddies that mean the world to me! I have lifelong friends as well that I love dearly! I know there's still a few of you out there:) I am confident in myself. Not the jealous type or clingy. As far as relationships go, we should want each other in our lives an not have to just feel we need each other. If that makes sense. I guess what I'm trying to say is: I think we should not have our self worth dependent on each other, but *** should enhance and we need to bring out the best in each other. Just feel that's a much healthier relationship. I'm not a rich man either so I cannot be your sugar daddy:( Dang! Oh well, it just wasn't meant to be I guess. Lol. By now the true meaning of life should be clear. At least I hope so. Lol. I just think money doesn't bring happiness because I'm the happiest guy in the world! I'm no fool and money is nice to have, but not having it doesn't mean you can't live your life and be happy. I don't let it stop me!! Again, life's too short:) So if being a homebody and never leaving the house is your thing then we probably won't make a good match. Remember, we should bring out the best in each other;) I love staying home an chilling out as much as anyone and I pride myself in providing a great home for my kids that is filled with love an laughter but life's too short for me and I like to go out and explore and do fun things! Nearly every woman on here asks guys on their profiles to not message them that way, yet, all I seem to get from women is just that! Cowardice is not....***************I am easy going, intelligent, and a bit of a twit!I have a dual degree in computer science and graphic design. I spent several years working as a designer and programmer. Spent nearly a decade with a very well known software giant, only to watch every single person I knew at work lose their careers and hard work in a single day! For the past two years I've taken a different path. Now I run my own IT business, and manage a local bar for veterans, as well as tend bar a few nights a week. Trust me, it sure beats sitting in a cubicle all day, staring at lines of code!I'm a really good listener. I can't stand it when you're talking to someone and they're not paying any attention to you, they're just spooling up what they're going to say next! When someone talks to me, they have my undivided attention. When a problem comes up, I never understood the people that would scream, pull out their hair, and say "We're all gonna DIE!" when things go wrong. That never accomplishes anything. I simply take the bad news, accept it, and start thinking about what we can do to fix it.Physically, the first thing people usually notice about me is my eyes and my smile. Once they get to know me, they usually stick around for my goofy demeanor and witty repartee. People sometimes can't pinpoint my heritage, so for the sake of saving time, I'm mostly Irish and Scottish, with a dash of German, and was raised around Italians. So, basically I can cook, and I was genetically designed to process alcohol.Favorite Books?Movies? I'm a huge movie buff. Even spent years working in a video store just because it was fun when I was in college. Some of my favorites are The Dark Knight, WALL*E, Bladerunner, Fear &, Pan's Labyrinth, Fight Club, etc...Music? I tend to listen to rock and classic rock when I'm driving, and progressive trance when I'm working all day. I actually like quite a few types of music, I just tend to steer clear of rap, hip hop, country, and mindless bubblegum pop. Anything can work though in the right context. When I'm bartending, I usually have songs from the past 50 years playing.Food? What's not to love? I'm not a picky eater and can be pretty adventurous when trying new things. Like most guys, I am master of the open flame, so when I'm not cooking indoors, I'm outside in front of my trusty grill.I was a competitive swimmer since the age of 8. That's right, I used to have to wear the speedo. They didn't call us grape smugglers for nothing you know. And believe me, the first thing you lose is any sense of modesty. As a result, I'm an open book. Honestly, all you have to do is ask, and I'll answer.Looking for a few friends to have some fun with. I'm extremely busy with work and travel, so my schedule can sometimes be hectic. Doesn't mean I don't enjoy/need a good time every once in a while! Simple, meet in public some place, you prove you're completely psychotic, I show you my serial killer membership badge complete with shiny red axe! Then we start mowing down unsuspecting pedestrians.
