At a new place with more time and flexibility to meet people. I love the area I live in and anything close to or around the water. I enjoy the beaches and boating. I am very social and have a nice family of friends and work acquaintances. I don't need them for everything (like when on the couch enjoying that movie or a romantic dinner!) but I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I work locally and I enjoy what I do. It offers flexibility to take a long weekend or time off. I'm overdue. I feel that if travel is a priority, it will happen. I have a healthy life style that includes bikram yoga and running as well as some gym time. I'm motivated by someone who does the same, whatever that activity/cardio/exercise is! I love a nice wine, usually red. A cold draft if it's football time!I have a diverse taste in music and do really like new country! Classic rock and jazz, spa music...it's all about the mood.My kids are older now, on autopilot and in college. It's a time that allows me more freedom and desire. It would be nice to meet someone with common interests and goals that is grounded, funny, and wants to enjoy life. Something casual and not all out. It's a chance to meet and say hello. If there is chemistry then a second date would be the one to describe! I feel most comfortable with a phone conversation before meeting. I think you can get a feel for each other that way and get some of the basics out of the way.
