At a new place with more time and flexibility to meet people. I love the area I live in and anything close to or around the water. I enjoy the beaches and boating. It would be nice to meet someone with common interests and goals that is grounded, funny, and wants to enjoy life. Something casual and not all out. It's a chance to meet and say hello. If there is chemistry then a second date would be the one to describe! I feel most comfortable with a phone conversation before meeting. I think you can get a feel for each other that way and get some of the basics out of the way.
