Hello! I'm a christian southern gal (with a bit of tomboy) and a positive outlook on life, looking for someone to spend time with and see what develops. I've been divorced for years, and have raised my son. I'm an optimistic person and ready to move forward in my personal life! I miss sharing conversation, holding hands, just because kisses, and just being together with someone special. I'm an openly affectionate person, and even more so when I get to know you. I would like to find someone who wants to start off slow by building a friendship first. I consider myself fun to be around, I like to make others happy when I can, be helpful and considerate of others and enjoy the moment! I enjoy spending time with family and friends; activities such as yard work, or anything outside and fun; walking my dog; swimming, camping, and walking on the beach when I can. Though it's been awhile, I also enjoy going to baseball/football games and fishing (salt/fresh water). I love camping when I can....LOL! I enjoy a variety of music (classic/today's country, gospel/contemporary christian, pop, oldies) and yes, I sing along!.(and at times when in the car, with the music turned up and the windows rolled down!! ) I also like road trips to a specific place or exploring, whether planned or spontaneous. A public fun place (parks, museums, putt-putt, pool, bowling, etc.) OR sharing conversation over coffee/tea and a dessert. However, I'm always open to other possibilities! :)

    I would say that I am somewhat of a "Domestic Diva". I enjoy cooking and taking care of the house, cleaning, decorating...whatever! I like to have a good time as well but usually after all of my chores are finished. I listen mostly to country music but I like other music too. Although I do not have any pets at this time, I am a huge animal lover, most of all Boxers but I love them all! If I won the lottery I would definitely start a pet rescue. I enjoy travel, working in the yard, spending time with family and friends, cooking out, good wine and curling up to watch movies on a rainy day. I enjoy taking a walk or going for a bike ride...let's just say that I am easily entertained.It is my desire to meet someone that has similar values and interests. My perfect mate is caring, kind, dependable, thoughtful, funny, handsome, somewhat fashionable, able to socialize well in any setting, polite, smart, hard-working, enjoys helping others, can spell, and visits his dentist regularly. :-) Above all else, a good heart is a must! I am very tidy so, ideally, it would be great to meet someone that also has the "clean gene" or at least is not the opposite end of the spectrum.I am interested in someone that lives a fairly traditional life (not a workaholic), is somewhat domestic and enjoys spending time with their significant other.     I love to laugh, hang out with friends and family. I enjoy being active, an active lifestyle is important to me. I have a 2 large breed dogs that are a very big part of my life - those twice or more daily walks sure help to keep me fit!! I truly love the world they have opened up for me and have surprisingly taught me a lot about myself. I'm quite straight forward and don't like drama or complicated situations - I am all about being happy and keeping things simple, balanced and fun...but not boring and routine :) I don't drink and I have no problem with others drinking, it is just a personal choice I have made is all and I am not a member of any organizations.
