Hi there! I am an energetic, active, always on the go and independent woman who is for the most part, happy with my life and who I've become. They keep telling me I'm 50, but I just don't feel 50! Friends and coworkers describe me as outgoing, loyal, trustworthy, pragmatic, witty, silly, fun loving, and intelligent. And if that wasn't enough, I consider myself to be a good combination of motivated, yet still easy going. (which translates to Low Maintenance for you fellas!) All that, but I'm still not perfect....however, I will go out on a limb and guarantee that your Mom/Grandma/Sister(s)/Cousin(s)/Friend(s)will like me. Yup, I'm that girl!I've been divorced now for 10 years. My daughters are now 21 and 23, and they have their own very active lives, so they don't need me as much. I find that I have a lot more time on my hands these days. I am looking forward to starting the 2nd half of my life, and relocation is absolutely a possibility. I love to travel, explore new things, and am pretty much willing to try anything at least once. Of course, the excursion into that cave was very scary, I don't know who was more scared, me or the teeny, tiny little bats!.. well... let's just say it was not an ESPN moment! =) I love to laugh and make others laugh, comedy clubs are probably my favorite place as far as "going out" is concerned. Tell me a good "Blonde Joke" and you will win me over in a heartbeat! I like the outdoors, but honestly prefer cooler weather over really hot weather. Although if boating is part of the equation, the heat magically becomes more tolerable! I have a caring and nurturing personality, and really miss having someone to spoil in my life. I'm pretty "touchy feely", so if that makes you uncomfortable, I'm not for you! Kids and animals are drawn to me and I've been told that I've never met a stranger. To me, having fun is not what I'm doing, but who I'm with. That being said, look out, because we just might have the time of our lives together when and where you least expect it!I've been fortunate enough to have traveled extensively and have dined in some of the finest restaurants. But, honestly, what I prefer is the casualness of a back deck with a bottle of wine, a few laughs and someone who's company I enjoy.I like most kinds of music, probably with the exception of really "twangy" country and opera. Other than that, I'm open. I'm not much of a TV watcher, unless you will sit with me on the couch! When I do watch, I tend to gravitate towards shows like Law and Order, CSI, Dateline, ***, CNN and the DIY channel. I'm not a big movie watcher, it just might be that tiny little bit of ADHD in me! I can definitely be convinced to watch a movie with you, but only if you let me cuddle next to you. Certainly not a couch potato, and I've never been called lazy. I'd rather watch you and/or the kids play sports than watch it on TV, but I will oblige you if it makes you happy.We're probably not a match if you are a huge fan of Hannity/O'Reilly/Limbaugh et al. Unless of course, (and this is HUGE....) you are man enough to "agree to disagree"! Now I know that's difficult, and at this point I've probably lost over half of you.....but if you can do that, you get BIG BIG bonus points in my book! Life is about compromise, and to think that at this age we are going to meet someone who thinks exactly as we do is just plain silly. I have golf clubs but do not yet know how to play, so even more bonus points for you if you want to teach me. I'm active and healthy, but honestly I just don't seem to make enough time for exercise, mostly because I hate doing it alone. So... for anyone willing to take on the role of Personal Trainer, well, that just has "win-win" written all over it!One important thing that I've learned in my life is that relationships thrive when two people are NOT always together. I truly believe that each of us needs to maintain our own interests and lives to a certain degree, that makes it all the more special when we are together. So, if golf on Saturday morning, or Poker with the guys on Wednesday nights is your thing, that's fine by me. I am not clingy by nature, and don't want someone who needs to be with me all the time either.What am I looking for? I'd like to meet ONE man to be with, preferably a nonsmoker, someone who doesn't feel like a "victim", doesn't hate their ex or think that the government is out to get him, and is willing to start out slow and see where things go. I'm not interested in "dating" or the bar scene, been there, done that. Don't get me wrong, I had TONS of fun when I was younger, and I have absolutely NO REGRETS. I enjoy current events and crave stimulating conversation, I need humor (even if it means you are laughing at me), I long for friendship, and I absolutely demand and deliver loyalty. If you can be all those things for me, then I promise you won't be disappointed with what you will get in return! Our first meeting will be as stress free as possible, somewhere so we can get to know each other a little, and determine if there's any chemistry. Then we'll know if we want to go out on a Date!

I am a very outgoing person and I enjoyed doing just about anything from dinners out, long walks, riding my harley - LOVE riding my harley, going to the beach or going to the mountains it really doesnt matter but I also enjoy quiet times.
