This really isn't as easy as it looks is it?!?! Everytime I think I've come up with something clever and witty I sound like I'm either answering interview questions or describing my dog but I don't want to sound like everyone else lol. Sigh...According to my family and friends I am an amazing person (but I think they're supposed to say that lol). No I'm not a doctor but I do sing professionally (I'm not bad but not the best either)--my main genres are blues and classic rock but as long as it's good music I'm in. Intelligent although I've done some amazingly stupid things in my life. Ambitious but not to the point it takes over all other aspects of my life. A bit of a class clown at times but serious when the occasion calls. Yes I am aware these are only sentence fragments but I believe they get the point across.Most people are taken with my sparkling wit and charming personality (self-promotion bit). I have a wonderful family who is truly the cornerstone of my life.These few brief sentences may not be much but it's virtually impossible to outline yourself in a few paragraphs and why sell myself short? Hello... I'm an outgoing, sporty woman who's been dedicated to her career as an art director/graphic artist for the past 20 years or so, but have recently gone back to culinary school to become a pastry chef!I'm passionate about the outdoors and find any excuse to be outside, especially in the nice weather. When I'm not working I can usually be found playing softball, volleyball, at spin class, skiing, or baking some elaborate cake for some occasion.I also have a strong appreciation for the arts - I play guitar, piano & sing (used to be in a band - a LONG time ago); I draw/paint, but never seem to find the time to do anything worthwhile - pretty much because I'm usually busy designing for clients.- headliners or unknowns.I tend to be very outgoing at social events, but can be shy at other times. I find it sometimes difficult to completely open up to someone until I feel really comfortable with them.I adore to travel, and have done a fair amount in my life - my ideal would be to find someone to explore the world with and go on new adventures with, both within the US and abroad.All-in-all, I'm looking for someone to have fun with (a sense of humor is a MUST -- the more sarcastic, the better), someone who puts family and friends first, and someone who can turn me on with just a look. I am a professional who returned to beautiful Cape Cod a few years ago after taking a job with a local hospital.’t stay away. I enjoy the outdoors especially hiking and skiing…love love love to ski. I started running a few months back and am hoping to complete my first 5k this summer. My family and friends are a priority. I have no children of my own but am a dedicated auntie to six nieces and nephews and time spent with family is a priority. I have plenty of acquaintances, a handful of amazing friends and two new kittens ( I love dogs too). My life is full and I have very few regrets...I feel a positive healthy relationship with a guy with similar interests would be a bonus. Someone who compliments me (and not as in "you have nice legs"). My ideal man is intelligent, kind, honest and has a great deal of respect for himself and others. He's compassionate, understanding and realizes the importance of compromise in a relationship. He probably enjoys some outdoor activities, has a great sense of humor, keeps himself in decent shape. I could probably continue with an endless list of physical qualities and character traits that I have found attractive at one time or another however, it is not individual qualities that attract me to a man, it's the whole package...and of course the chemistry has got to be right. I'm pretty open...whatever sounds good to us!
