I am not very good at describing myself but here goes.I am a 47 yr old country girl living her dream. I have a farm that I take care of by myself. I do everything; split firewood, work in the garden, cut 13 acres, take care of the dogs, cats, horses...everything. And still work a 50 hr workweek in sales. I have had to learn to be a very independent person and take care of myself. I seem to do a pretty good job of it so far. I wish I had more time to pamper myself but that just isn't the case. If your looking for a high maintenance kinda gal, I'm not the girl for you. I don't get my nails done and I can't remember the last time I had a spa day. But, I do clean up real nice and love to go out. I love surprises and romance. I am a very passionate person; and I love to show those that are close to me how much I care about them.I love to work out on the farm; I don't need a gym membership to stay fit. I would love to say that I am athletic and toned but I am more fit and healthy. You see as much as I like to exercise and stay healthy...I LOVE ALL GOOD FOOD! Going out to a great restaurant and trying new foods is on the top of my list of to do's! I love to cook and have someone cook for me. A quiet evening in is just as much fun as going out in my book. I love to go for walks on the beach or at a park. I love going to the movies and to go antiquing. I can have fun doing just about anything. Well, I can't say I love getting my car serviced or my teeth cleaned. BUT you get what I mean. :)I am an artist with glass; I make lampwork jewelry and stained glass. I learned both of these in order to help my rescues. Yes, this country girl is crazy over animals. I love all kinds of music except Bluegrass and Hard Rock. I recently purchased an Ipad and now am afraid I have joined the ranks of the App Junkies! Never knew you could get addicted to something like that. :)I am looking to find my guy! Every serious relationship must start with friendship first. No games, no drama please!!! I don't play and won't be a part of them. SO if that is who you are...look elsewhere. I will not tolerate a temper or games. I don't have time for either. NO one should be mean to another. I am looking for a fun loving guy that enjoys similar things as I do but has his own life to bring to the table. A great sense of humor is a plus in my book. An animal lover is a major plus too! I Oh I have no idea what a good first date would be. I don't think it should be too dramatic. I think a great first date would be over a cup of coffee or an icecream cone. I think the perfect first date would be a personal thing. Depending on the other person...it takes two to make the perfect date. :)

I am a professional who returned to beautiful Cape Cod a few years ago after taking a job with a local hospital.’t stay away. I enjoy the outdoors especially hiking and skiing…love love love to ski. I started running a few months back and am hoping to complete my first 5k this summer. My family and friends are a priority. I have no children of my own but am a dedicated auntie to six nieces and nephews and time spent with family is a priority. I have plenty of acquaintances, a handful of amazing friends and two new kittens ( I love dogs too). My life is full and I have very few regrets...I feel a positive healthy relationship with a guy with similar interests would be a bonus. Someone who compliments me (and not as in "you have nice legs"). My ideal man is intelligent, kind, honest and has a great deal of respect for himself and others. He's compassionate, understanding and realizes the importance of compromise in a relationship. He probably enjoys some outdoor activities, has a great sense of humor, keeps himself in decent shape. I could probably continue with an endless list of physical qualities and character traits that I have found attractive at one time or another however, it is not individual qualities that attract me to a man, it's the whole package...and of course the chemistry has got to be right. I'm pretty open...whatever sounds good to us!
