I have been single just a little over 3 years now - i feel that is enough time to get the "kinks" out and move forward in a positive and happy direction. So far as meetville - I must say - there is a lot of chatting going on. I have a lot of friends and am not looking for an *** If you are just bored and looking for someone to *** evenings, please keep moving. I am not on meetville for that. Now that I have that said:I am in a really good place in my life right now. I am easy to get along with and really not into drama or negativity. I have a very positive outlook on life and this is important to me. I have just purchased a beautiful home - the only thing missing now is that special someone to share, laugh and enjoy.I have a great life. I am a playful, fun confident independant woman. I value honesty and sincerity. Good communication is very important to me, in fact it is a must. I am someone that enjoys the finer things in life. I am a very positive thinker and believe there is happiness for everyone. Laughing and having fun are also very important to me. I am quite comfortable with my life however, would love to meet that "special somebody" to share in it and make my heart smile. I would love to be inspired by a multi-faceted man of strong heart, good looks and integrity. I am a huge Canucks fan - well . . . okay yes, I still am. I enjoy long walks with my dogs, spending time with my friends and family, dinner parties/BBQ's and socializing with a glass of wine. I like to scope out that sexy lounge with a special someone for appies and wine on occasion. I like easy listening older classic rock, smooth jazz and R & B for music, really not into "rap". I have recently joined the gym in my neighbourhood and completely love it - also trying out yoga and would love to learn how to play golf and roller blade over this upcoming year.I travel quite often.- Hoping to find a partner that is not afraid to fly.     My close friends would say I'm both creative and practical. I'd add curious and thoughtful to that and maybe life long learning. I like entertaining new ideas as well as new places. I have also rekindled my interest in photography which has been a great activity over this past gloriously sunny summer. It is good to have a creative outlet of some sort. My little goddaughter is in my life on a regular basis which livens things up and we have lots of fun together. I have done some traveling; I like experiencing new cultures but also exploring new beaches...happy to put on a backpack and go without too much of an itinerary. I think though I am happiest when being around or on the ocean and have spent my share of time exploring our islands by boat. While sharing some interests makes things fun, I think sharing common values is perhaps more important. I like intelligent conversation and silly ones too....I think laughter is an important component of sanity. Coffee, lunch, a drink or a walk - keep it simple, short and sweet and see what unfolds.

    Humor is a must, Honesty, as is good character. you have to meet a few good men ,(and I want sparks ) to find the right one..
