Thanks for dropping by!! I consider myself to be young at heart, I eat a healthy diet most of the time & try my best to hit the gym 3 times a week. They say to talk about your goals and aspirations on here, well here is one getting off this site. Why is at 45 this is the only way, i hate bars ,nice pubs with friends is way better, you can actually talk and not be shoved around. My music tastes run from rock to country, and maybe a few others.
