Woman. 47 years old. Zodiac sign: Aquarius.
Looking for: man. In age: 44-54
What am I interested in, dear reader of this profile may ask....….Hmmmmm......Well……Um um .....let me think...YOU!!!!Yep, you heard that right, YOU!I am interested in a man who takes the effort to stand apart from “the rest”.” Who is one of those few unique individuals that I will eventually connect with. Myself – restless, analytical, and opinionated! I am not offended by a dirty joke and can dish out one of my own. I am independent but far from being a feminist. Sarcasm is a spice of life, so bring it on! Timeless books and movies that make you wonder for days about whose side you are on put great flavor into many of my evenings.Okay, here is the "difficult" part; What am I not looking for? Trashy talk, smokers, an “FWB” or “NSA” relationship, smokers, non stop whining, complaining, hateful blame filled stories about what your ex did (booring!!) and oh.. did I mention I hate smoking? If you your status says "separated" you are going to get the delete key. No exceptions.Really.I love kids (and people in general!!) , and have several adopted “nieces” & “nephews;” but I am “Childfree by Choice” therefore my “mind-frame” about kids is not going to be like most women you know. Since my Single Dad dating experience thus far has been about as successful as Obama-care, I would prefer NOT to date a Single Dad regardless of the kids (adult or not) age. It is important that I am "valued" as a person, and not because I am a single, working woman who is “convenient” and has nothing to "fix.” To avoid wasted time on both our parts, if you are a Dad, please carefully consider what I just wrote, before responding, and appreciate I am being very upfront about this issue, and very skeptical that we will have a mutually rewarding relationship. If you have kids a) still at home, b) still paying college tuition, or c) have an adult kid(s)s that live at home due to “failure to launch” issues, that’s a huge deal breaker, and I probably won’t respond at all. Whew... now that I threw that "out on the table"..lets get on to the fun stuff!!!.Take it from here Jan...The TOP TEN THINGS You should know about Ms.;think tank" (aka his computer-desk-in-his-bedroom-corner );Now put on your best “” voice…Nuuuummber TEN: She secretly likes The Waffle House.Number Nine; She hates tomatoes, onions, The Devil, Sushi, Seafood, porta potties, potty mouths, Spam ( both the food and the electronic kind), Hand-held-cameras-while-you-take-a-pic-of-yourself-in-the-bathroom-mirror, The Krap-tashians, traffic jams, getting lost, political ads, cold pizza, Octomom, that loud annoying guy on WBAP with the "hissy" laugh, and most "reality" shows.Number Eight: She’s a “girly girl," loves clothes, make up and jewelry, stops short in front of store windows and goes Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, and then will drag you into the store with her.Number Sehveeeen: Crazy about pets, your dog will probably get to kiss her before you do! Oh, try and "pretend" you like her cats....Number Six: She’s a coupon queen, always has some freebie, Groupon, Living social, Membership pass, loves flea markets, consignment stores, antique shop and will bicker with vendors for deals like there is know tomorrow!Number Five; She still giggles like a little girl, sits with her left leg tucked underneath her, and absentmindedly twirls her hair. Number Four: She uses big words, I think she makes most of them up!Number Thureee: She watches Dancing with the Stars, and her knowledge about who was, or is a famous football player is limited to "Was he on Dancing with the Stars?"Number Twoooo': Has an Avatar on Second Life. And the Number ONE thing you may want to know about Ms.. Let her do “IT" first. Let her ask "IT" first, Let her think “IT” was all her idea, and resign yourself to the fact there is not much you can do about "IT"…. Just sit back and watch the show............. Well, I am a firm believer in the "K.I.S.S." method."K eep"I" t" "S" imple"S" weetie.Being one of those cursed "Scorpions" it may take me a little bit of time to warm up... I don't give out my number right away, and "forwardness" is off-putting.Slowly.Slowly.Slooooooooooooooooooolleeeeeeeeeeeeyyyyy.For a first date, I would not mind meeting for a drink, coffee, tea, etc., and if there is a mutual connection, then maybe you might ask me for a second date....???

I am a person who loves to laugh and have a good time. I enjoy seeing the world as well as spending quiet time at home. I appreciate a really good book and love to discuss them. I have two associates degrees and would like to start on my bachelors. I love the ocean and outdoors. I enjoy movies, dancing, great food and baking is one of my strong points. Love rainy days and cool fall nights. Enjoy to bike ride and to watch the colors of the trees change. I am big on family and loyalty to the ones I love and care about. Anything else would be great conversation to learn more about each other. quiet dinner and conversation or something we both would enjoy to do.
