It seems all the good guys either live too far away, don't have the time (or both) or we have our kids opposite weekends. I prefer to be pursued, not the one doing the pursuing. I'm a little old-fashioned in that regard. I try to respond to all e-mails even if it's just to say I don't think we'd be a good match but if you just say "Hi" or "hi, how are you" it doesn't give me much to work with! Hello...A little about me...not sure how much to write here...don't want to go on and on...but want to provide enough to spark some interest. I will say that I am a happier person when in a good relationship. It's great to have someone you can rely on, companionship through good times and bad, someone to share just everyday life brings an overall sense of contentment/security. I would say I'm a fairly independent woman. Have my own house and do most of the maintenance myself. I love remodeling projects. I've done most of the rooms in my house and it's time to start tackling the lower level. I have a great sense of humor, laid back and can be pretty witty at times. I also love to cook ...and enjoy a good meal with a bottle of wine (or two). Would like to do some more traveling than I have in the past few years....much to see in the world! Looking forward to the warmer months to hit the beach, concerts or just hang out on the deck with a fire.
