Woman. 47 years old. Zodiac sign: Virgo.
Looking for: man. In age: 44-54
Hello all ~I could use all kinds of "describing" words as to what makes me unique, but what fun is that? Relatively normal (is there really such a thing as completely normal?)Love my pets (3 dogs & 2 betta fish) I also volunteer for two rescue groups and will begin fostering dogs from time to time. Belong to a wonderful group of ladies in faith and we share the love of the Lord weekly. God is my main man and I strive to love everyone the way that He did.I help strangers and friends as often as possible. Love to practice random acts of kindness.I work full time at a job that I love and hate at the same time. Enjoy my work, hate my pay.I listen to all kinds of music, but can only take "rap" in small doses.I am a volunteer with the local fire department and love the group of people that I consider family there.Have a wicked sense of humor and love to make others laugh.Lead for the most part a healthy lifestyle, food is my friend and enemy. Rarely will I eat meats, but love veggies & fruits. Sugar over salt. Never set a bowl of candy in front of me and expect it to remain full. Set a bag of pretzels and they will stay unopened.Love my beer too, but may drink at the most three times a year. (And not to get trashed, just to enjoy the taste of the beer) A good bottle of Voulet' or Moscato with an Italian meal is perfection ~I love to cook and bake.Avid reader.Enjoy doing home improvement projects, recently redid my kitchen alone. All that is left now is to refinish the cabinets or paint them (undecided still)Last of all, I am looking for my best friend. So if you are just looking for someone to hang out with or FWB, I am not that woman.Good luck to all in your search :-) Well, if we meet face to face for a date..... I hope you look like your picture first and foremost. How awkward that would be if you did not!Coffee and chat? A drink? Something short and sweet, if there is chemistry then we can make a longer time together for the second date.I am really weird about people treating me so I prefer to pay my own way..... see so many women speak of how they get free meals by going on dating sites Really? That is plain RUDE!

Woman. 48 years old. Zodiac sign: Aries.
Looking for: man. In age: 45-55
I have a fairly busy life and enjoy my "down time". "Busy" does not mean that I can't or won't make time for the right person, it means that a relationship has to be a priority. I would love to spend at least some of my down time with a special someone.I should probably mention up front that while I do own a television (and a very nice one at that), I do not have cable or satellite ... I use it for movies, netflix, hulu, etc. and not very often at that. I don't own a motorcycle, that doesn't mean I'm not interested ... it just means ... I don't own one and have never actually been on one.I'm not into NASCAR . ... I am not into fishing (I'm dismal at it) ... or hunting ... but ... I do believe that people should have their own hobbies and interests outside of the relationship ... it helps keep things fresh ... all that being said, if you are intrepid enough ... read on, MacDuff ..... I love exploring the coast. I love to travel, I've lived in various places across the country and traveled to some pretty interesting places.) I have family and friends there.- again, family and friends ... There are lots of places on my list yet to see. if I live "too far away" for you, then please, don't start something you don't want to pursue. I have no issues with "long distance". With the right person, you make it work. My profile says "wants to date, nothing serious" ... I don't think you should start anything with "serious" in mind ... meet people, get to know them, see if there is that spark and go from there. Walking into anything with pre-conceived notions closes the mind to possibilities.I just took up SUP Yoga wow, did that prove how bad my balance really is! LOL Great loads of fun and a fabulous core workout! I'm working on getting back in shape - work in progress. So much easier to be active when there's no snow on the ground (for me - I'm not really a winter-sports person).I am perfectly imperfect. I'm a work in progress. I'm enjoying the process. I have one cat. He is my absolute joy. He is entertaining and sweet. I dearly love to laugh and can keep myself fairly well entertained, but I do prefer to share laughter with my friends.I love antiquing, flea markets, small town general stores, live music, community theater, volunteering, being on or near the water, driving with the top down and the smell of the water mingling with the smell of the cedars.).If you're still with me here ... thanks for reading, I look forward to hearing from you. Fall first date .... hot cider and a walk through the leaves?
