Someone said to describe ME ... Well I am a passionate, independent, strong, outspoken woman. I can be funny, playful, goofy even. I am sometimes too stubborn. But I am a loving, loyal to a fault person who is ready to meet that someone who I can share my life with. And let's face it, I am looking to meet my future partner on a dating site, so obviously I have a sense adventure and humor .....I don't have a checklist of likes and dislikes. I am looking for a best friend. The man who is willing to work through the bad with me, not just be there for the good. I love to have fun and enjoy life, so I am looking for a guy that has a fun side as well as the worker bee. If life is getting too tough, then one of us has to know when it is time to have a whipped cream fight. And we all have a past, baggage, some drama, however you want to label it. What matters most, is how you deal with it.I am blessed with a wonderful 19yo daughter. My life has been dedicated to raising her alone for the past 10 years, so I decided to wait to date. Having not dated since ***, being on dating sites, has been an education. I am not looking to move again, so if you do not live in the area, sorry I am not interested.I did go to college but started my professional dance career at 19 *** finishing my degree. After a serious injury, I became a dance teacher. That is when I found my true calling. I teach dance to children ages ***and am so lucky to be able to do what I do. I absolutely love my job. Life is not always easy but I am grateful for everyday. I am optimistic and I AM happy. I love to learn and try new things. I would definitely describe myself as an extrovert but I am not the life of the party. I am actually quite shy in crowds and still blush on occasion. I try not to take myself too seriously and hopefully will find someone with the same traits. I am not one to spend hrs getting ready but I do take care of myself. I am just as comfortable in shorts and a T, as in a dress and heels. Luckily in my job, I get to wear the more comfortable of the two.I know I don't drink but it doesn't mean I won't date someone who drinks moderately.     I am an outgoing fun person. I love the outdoors and like to joke around saying I missed my calling as a beach bum. I like to camp and spend time in the mountains during summer. Bonfires are awesome. I'm an adventurous person so I'll try anything once...and yes skydiving is on bucket list. I'm not much of a cold weather person so during winter months I like to curl up on the couch and watch movies or read books. I enjoy going out on weekends dancing and/or going to concerts.
