Walking into anything with pre-conceived notions closes the mind to possibilities.I just took up SUP Yoga wow, did that prove how bad my balance really is! LOL Great loads of fun and a fabulous core workout! I'm working on getting back in shape - work in progress. So much easier to be active when there's no snow on the ground (for me - I'm not really a winter-sports person).I am perfectly imperfect. I'm a work in progress. I'm enjoying the process. I have one cat. He is my absolute joy. He is entertaining and sweet.
