What to say??? I don't know where to begin describing myself. I am a single Mom with one son He is my life and I would love to have someone eventually be a part of his too. He keeps me very active with the sports and things he is involved in. I have a good family and lots of good friends. So on my time off from being "Mom" I like going to dinner, to a winery, i like to go to concerts, hanging out, going to movies on occasion, going to the beach, to the pool. I enjoying dancing although I don't get a chance to go much. Not many places locally to do that anymore. SIU football and basketball games. I like being outdoors, hiking and fishing (yes, fishing LOL thats from being the mother to a son) :) I'm looking for someone that is family oriented and who I enjoy being with and have things in common with and who can do things with my son as well. I'm looking for someone to date and eventually a relationship...someone I can see a few times a week, not a one night stand. If that's what you're looking for, that's fine...just not with me. I would like someone to *** is truly interested and talking to me and meeting me. I don't want to play games and I don't want to invest time in someone for 2 or 3 weeks who has no intention on ever meeting me. I'm open and honest and trustworthy.     I like to go on long walks, enjoy nature, read, watch movies & go out to lunch with friends. I've been a single parent of 3 active kids for 7 years, working hard to be there for them so they can enjoy things I never was able to when I was a kid. We don't buy all the latest gadgets & try to keep things somewhat simple, but enjoy spending time together in our cozy, warm home & love to entertain by inviting friends & family over often.My faith is important to me . . . we attend church weekly & attend various church events throughout the year. My mom remarried & had to additional children, therefore, I am the oldest of 6, We regularly get together with family for holidays, birthdays & more. I work as a office manager at a church (not the one we attend) & love handling all the aspects of the office, especially the creative projects, flyers, newsletters, etc. I really enjoy my job & love the perk that it's only 2 blocks from my home. I also work part time for a Christian agency that melds my love of working with the youth & leadership. My responsibilities include planning lessons & teaching kids about the word of God while having fun.I mostly listen to Christian Radio, but occasionally listen to the top ***thanks to my kids). We have several radio's in our home that are left on 24 hours a day playing Christian music. We are the type of people that need a radio on to fall asleep! All of my kids have played *** & enjoy singing (even if just for fun). I aspire to be a better parent tomorrow than I am today & to one day again be a part of a loving, committed, faithful, trusting relationship with a core foundation focused on good communication, mutual respect & love. ? A quiet dinner so it's condusive to talking, getting to know each other. Maybe doing something fun like mini-golf, laser tag, even bowling (I'm not very good btw). I'd also enjoy going on a walk (nature center, beach or around the neighborhood), something that may inspire more things to talk about.
