About Me

I'm a very easy going person who values my friends and family. I'm also very independent and soooo not high maintenance. I'm shy when I first meet people but the older I get the less shy I am. I am who I am and need to be myself. Looking for someone who will be themselves around me. I realize that we have all taken different paths and have had different experiences through life. I'm a good listner and am empathtic. I know it takes time to REALLY get to know someone and am willing to put in that time. Although I think after the first few dates you should know if there is a possibility of a longer term relationship.In my spare time I try to get to the gym a couple times a week. I like watching movies either at the theater or at home. I like going out to listen to live music. I mostly like classic rock and some of the new stuff but rap. I like to ski at Boyne Mountain and miss having someone to ski with. My friends still go up but they all have young kids so it is just not the same.In the future I would like to learn how to scuba dive. Would like to travel to some place tropical and snorkel or go some place out west to ski.It is so hard to know what someone is really like from reading these profiles and looking at pictures.
