About Me

Looking for a honest man, not a fish...lol. I will tell you that I have some meat on my bones. i have c'ankles. I do have a good caring heart and have learned a lonely heart is better than a broken heart. I am not into playing games nor do I like drama. I am not a materialistic girl. I could live in a cardboard box if I was with the right one. I like to smile alot and laugh. I have a korny side of humor to me, and the way I think is goofy sometimes. In my searches I am learning what is out in the world. I would only like to talk to you if you are real and can be honest. I would like to see real pictures of you, with out a hat on, with a nice smile on your face to see your teeth, with out sunglasses on to see your eyes. I like eye contact. A guy who has a wild side, yet knows when and where it is appropriate. Works hard yet knows when to relax and enjoy life. A guy to actually listen and care and to talk back, non-judgemental. One who will love me unconditionally. Would consider going to church. Must like kids, I am a package deal. I like all kinds of music, my radio is almost always on, like the 80's the best. I like manners, respect and show some affection. I have a lot of love to offer to someone who will appreciate it and give true love back. I am tired of false hope. Friends tell me to stop looking and it will happen. Plus, who knows, if we don't work out on dating, maybe we could gain a friendship. Life is short. I am beginning to wonder if there are really any true honest men out there in this crazy world. I do not understand why guys can not just be up front and tell the truth about things. I appreciate the truth even if it hurts my feelings. I do not like things to be sugar coated. Is that really too much to ask for?I also have a height preference. Just ask.

How do you describe yourself???? I am a 42 y/o female with a beautiful 9 year old daughter who is my WHOLE WORLD!!! I am a cross around my neck and a church girl on Sunday kind of girl. Don't do the bar scene anymore. I guess with age and children comes ALOT of wisdom. I work in the medical field and I love my job and am planning on furthering my education this year. My friends would describe me as: 1. Funny and always the "class clown" 2. caring 3. honest 4. loyal 5. outgoing and 6. creative.I enjoy life and enjoy making the most of it. I live in the country and can work in the yard and ride 4 wheelers and get dirty but at the same time I am what you would call a preppy girl, because I can come in and get dressed up and go out for dinner and a good time with my friends or someone special.Been married only once and would love to try it again one day, but NOT going to rush it. I believe the basis and the foundation for ANY realtionship is TRUST, HONESTY AND RESPECT. I also believe that starting out as friends is ALWAYS best. I am NOT into the one night stands. If you want to know more just ask, but please keep in mind that I am a Southern Lady. Out to eat, walk on the beach or whatever he plans.

I'm a vivacious woman who wears her heart on her sleeve; but don't let that fool you! I am anything BUT weak or dramatic! I love to laugh and can usually be found with a smile on my face. I am very proud of my accomplishments in life and work hard to achieve all of my goals. I try to surround myself with other genuine and fun people who share the same values that I do. I am outgoing* and enjoy spending time with friends and meeting new people. But I also enjoy quiet nights at home snuggled on the couch or sitting outside just listening to peepers or looking at the stars. (*When it comes to romantic interest, I get SHY and prefer a man who will a)spell out his interest and b) make the first move! So I may "show interest" but I am likely to wait to get an *** first.)Turn ons:animals, the beach, books, working out, exploring, music, traveling, adventure, SLEEP, laughter, passion, true genuine kindness, self-confidence, self-awareness, date night IN, feeling valued and attractive and making others feel the same, and turning the ordinary into the extraordinaryTurn offs:people who are too familiar too soon, self-absorption, deception, cowardice, ***, meanness, couch potatoes. computer/cellphone/facebook/video game addicts, no strings sex, too many compliments before someone has even met meDealbreakers: intolerance to cats (I'm not a crazy cat lady but I do have 2 loving cats who like to love on their humans and share space-SO, with that said, if you want to spend time with me at my place, you have to be able to tolerate 2 very sweet, loving cats.), drug use-yes I consider pot a drug, cigarette smoking, chewing tobacco, no emotional availability. These are the big ones that come to mind.Although I have lived all over, I consider myself a free spirited girl with a southern heart. Ultimately I am hoping to find a good, kind, funny, affectionate man who knows how to treat a lady; In the meantime, I like making new friends, having a date and talking about movies, music, politics, books, and learning about others. Maybe bowling or putt putt? Except my competitive side could emerge! But I think it allows for conversation, some laughs and activity without looking a fool??? (ok except for the ridiculous bowling shoes!) :)
