I don't have any real hobbies to speak of, I'm the quintessential "work hard, play hard" kind of gal. I love all genres of music because music is passion and you can't squash passion into one particular genre. I do my own general home repairs/landscaping, I know my way around most car repairs, and I own my own Dewalt power drill. ;) I'm a night owl (dare I say vampire), preferring to work 3rd shift more than anything. When it comes to the way I live my life, it's God and Country. As for dating, I want Friendship, Companionship and then a Relationship...in that order, and over TIME. I am not, however, seeking my soul mate or (another) husband. I want for each of us to have our own independence, but when we we're together we're one. I tend to get on meetville a bit sporadically because it's my belief that if I'm talking to one or two gentlemen, it's not fair NOR respectful to those guys for me to continue to fish. Picture a nice evening at a co-ed gathering and someone you're talking with and maybe making a connection with is "working the room" to see who gets to have Date #2. I mean...Rude. So if it's been a day or two don't panic or trip over yourself getting to the keyboard... Wow, I'm not sure that all came out right, I don't mean to sound conceited... if you need me to explain, I'm happy to. Happy fishing! I am equally open to a dinner date out as I am to hanging out at home, grilling out and watching a movie. Nothing more relaxing, and I'm there almost every Wednesday AM. LOL

I am looking for someone who makes me laugh, I don't need a comedian, but stimulating, witty, and maybe even a bit on the sarcastic side would be nice. I want friendship and romance, all in one. I am pretty down to earth, independent, and willing to try new activities. In the summer, I love hanging out on the beach, or pool side, cookouts, and hanging with friends and family. I am just as happy at a back yard bbq, or a pub, as I am fine dining. I enjoy going out to eat or hanging at home and cooking together.I picked up golf a couple of years ago and have a blast with that. I also started cross fit and although the gym is not my favorite place to be, I love this class. My goal is the Tough Mountain Challenge, I think it would be fun, challenging, and my competitive side will be tested. Just started running and signed up for my first 5k... it is something that I have always wanted to do, now I am committed! My goal is to start getting my kids into more outside activities as a family, my kids are very active in sports, but I am trying to find more fun, outside activities for us to do together. It would be great to find someone who is looking for the same sort of thing, and doing family activities. Don't get me wrong, I have lots of free time without my kids, but when I do have them, I want to find things to do with them.
