About Me

I am a proud single mother of a 18 year old son who will be graduating high school at the end of this month (May ***and will be attending college to become an automotive technician. I am currently attending college to receive my Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Services, I would like to work with a non-profil organization helping veterans to obtain the benefits they are entitled to or with helping them return to civilian life. Maybe even pursue my Master's degree. I enjoying reading and listening to music........anything from Frank Sinatra to AC/DC. I love making people laugh as this helps us forget just a moment the problems of the day.It's important that a man has a a sense of humor. Laughter is the best form of therapy next to a ride on a motorcycle. I live near a river and sometimes I like to just go and sit near the dam and watch the river flow, having a friend or a significant other to share times like that and many others would be a blessing. I have been divorced for 18 years and have raised my son alone. I am looking for that someone who will take care of me and be my best friend, lover, companion for the rest of our lives as well as having an intelligent conversation about politics, sports, current events or life. I still believe in true love and that when you find your soulmate, that you are committed to that person for the rest of your lives. To me, that is what a true relationship is all about. I am who I am...:). A man whose heart is after God is very important !I would love to take a cruise through Europe with my soulmate...it's a dream of mine.... For a first date, dinner and coffee is a good start to get to know someone. If there is a beautiful night out, then having both on a deck, away from others, so that we can focus on one another, would be even better. If the date takes place near the beach or a lake, absoultely nothing wrong with enjoying the surrondings. If this sounds somewhat old fashioned, it's because I consider myself to be somewhat of an hopeless romantic and believe that love should last forever, not just a passing fling.
