About Me

I have finally found my dream career. I am a third grade teacher that enjoys the challenges of my job. I enjoy outdoor concerts, sporting events, wine tastings, comedy clubs, movies, theater, museums....the list goes on and on. I like all types of music (except metal and hard rap) but country is mostly on my i-pod. I enjoy reading books especially suspense/mysteries.#1 on my bucket list. I love trying new hole in the wall type of restaurants. I will try any food once and enjoy new experiences (no blue cheese or olives please). My favorite food of all is grilled seafood. I am a very caring individual and am looking for my partner for life. I think family is important and am looking for someone with the same beliefs. Spending time with friends is important and sharing it with a partner would be great. I love the beach as well as the mountains. I am comfortable at the local sports bar as well as at a formal engagement. Tired of meeting BOYS who tell me what I want to hear, make and break promises, and aren’t ready for something serious. Please……mean what you say and say what you mean!!! I'm considered a very generous person in all aspects of my life especially in friendship, family and love. I've been told that I'm smart, beautiful and sensitive, although I also tend to be a bit modest too. I'm looking for a man who shares my views on love, family and friends and is ready for all of it to begin with me. Going someplace quiet enough to talk. Meet for a meal and see what happens. Maybe a walk afterwards to get to know each other better. The first date is to see if there is a connection, we can get creative after that.

    I don't have any real hobbies to speak of, I'm the quintessential "work hard, play hard" kind of gal. I love all genres of music because music is passion and you can't squash passion into one particular genre. Picture a nice evening at a co-ed gathering and someone you're talking with and maybe making a connection with is "working the room" to see who gets to have Date #2. I mean...Rude. So if it's been a day or two don't panic or trip over yourself getting to the keyboard... Wow, I'm not sure that all came out right, I don't mean to sound conceited... if you need me to explain, I'm happy to. Happy fishing! I am equally open to a dinner date out as I am to hanging out at home, grilling out and watching a movie. Nothing more relaxing, and I'm there almost every Wednesday AM. LOL
