Just to get right down to it, I am interested having in a long-term relationship that will hopefully lead to marriage and family with, to quote Marc Cohen, a "true companion". That's the serious side of things. But I am far from believing that a relationship should be serious and/or boring. I'm not just looking for a life partner, but also a tango partner, a travel companion, a hiking buddy, a game/mini-golf/wii competitor, etc. While I love a great movie as much as the next person, I think it's worst thing for a first date.
