My life is pretty great. I have a lot of happiness; I have an amazing son who brings a lot of humour and adventure to my days, and a large dog who keeps me company on the trails. I am a pretty happy, easy going person with a lot to be grateful for. I love the outdoors and am out there somewhere every day. I love running and hiking, finding new vistas and hidden little paradises. I am constantly in awe of the beauty all around us. I like to keep active and am up to try new sports and activities. I do a little of a lot; some kayaking, snowboarding, skiing, mountain biking, camping, travelling. I love being in the sun and near the ocean; it is a perfect life!I have had the same job for 17 years (although I don't think I like how that sounds) and am fortunate enough to still enjoy going to work (most days). I do shift work so my schedule is a bit random. I have been blessed and don't feel that I am missing out on much, but I also know I have room for a partner, someone to share some laughs with, some good conversation, some company, to build some memories to share and dreams to chase.In a relationship I expect what I offer; kindness, honesty, adventure, understanding, laughter, stability. I have a lot of happiness in my life and am pretty busy. I have a lot to offer the right person but only if it is going to bring us both happiness. If not, time is precious and best spent doing something else!I have selected that I am looking for 'long term' because I am! I will go through with the 'dating process' because that is the rational way to find someone that I want to build a relationship with, but I am not interested in dating for the activity of meeting a bunch of people. If you are looking to date several people and just have fun exploring a variety of relationships, have a great time but this is not for me.     I also am a Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (with no luck getting in this field). I am also a volunteer EMT in my county. I strive to better myself and my education.
