Let me start by being perfectly honest here.That went out the window the day I realized there was also no such thing as a free lunch, that college did not, in fact, equal endless partying, and those student loans are no joke! But that doesn't mean I can't find me a man to kick it with! Ultimately I'd like to find someone who I can get to know so well that someday I can say, 'he really understands me', and he can say the same about me. I'd like to grow into that kind of comfortableness. Of course we have to start from scratch, and getting to know someone can be fun! Falling in love is even better. But don't let me get ahead of myself...Basically I am just a fun loving, single mom looking for my mate. I can be sarcastic at times, and I have a witty personality but I'm also smart, social, compassionate, loving, giving, and loyal. I'd like to find someone who compliments my personality, can crack me up at times, is confident without being arrogant, and is looking for more than a one night stand but is willing to start with just one date. Looking for someone who either has a child/children of his own or likes them (I share custody of my two boys ***with their dad) My boys are currently in 5th and 6th grade and I would prefer if you have kids that their age/s be somewhat similar, but not a deal breaker if not. I just don't want to start over with an infant and in no way am I ready to be a grandma.I'm pretty easygoing and like the usual stuff. Hanging out at the river, movies, (comedies, action, suspense, horror, dramas, no girlie chick flicks for me tho), BBQ's, sports, Amusement parks, whatevs. I like most music, from rock to grunge to rap and hip hop to blues to gospel to pop to.....I'm a pretty adventurous eater although I find myself a beer snob stuck in the wine country. I am a sports enthusiast, and I am a diehard S.F. Giants and Niners fan. I like to go the games when I can or watch them at a pub or even just on a couch. I also like other sports like UFC and extreme sports, such as the X games, etc. Couple things about my meetville Chemistry test: Just because I don't really like to cook does not mean I am not a family person and would rather go out to clubs and parties. Geez meetville! I am just not a great cook, and having to come home and cook dinner after working all day just is not my favorite thing. I love my kids and our little family. I also love having friends over. I would really enjoy having guests for BBQ's or whatever, when it is the two of us and our friends or us and my (and your) kids. Not that I am against clubs and parties (I enjoy them too) but this test makes it out to look like that's all I want to do. I enjoy going out to social activities but I also like just chillin at home with my family. I am happy doing things with my kids, with my friends, or with my friends and my kids. I would like to find someone who accepts my family and wants to be a part of it, but who also values time alone, just the two of us, or us with our friends. I should also add that I understand that everybody needs their time to themselves and I am not one of those crazy, controlling women who won't let you hang with your friends. lolI also don't have low self control. I am pretty sarcastic, and tend to wear it all on my sleeve, but I also know how to behave socially and usually know when to keep my mouth shut. Couple of caveats: Not interested in anybody that's into 420..can't be havin that around my kids. And you MUST be single That means not married or have a girlfriend. As for looks, well looks and physical attraction are important to both of us....why lie? That being said I am not into overweight men. Please no steroidal types, but be someone who takes as least as good of care of yourself as I do of myself. However looks are only one part of the equation. If you are not interested in anything more than my looks and, only reference my pics when you message me then I will assume you either only want a casual relationship or you don't have much going on for yourself upstairs...either one a turnoff. And about that message..yeah, my mail settings are set so that you must have a picture to reply to me. I work long days, spend as much time as possible at the gym and / or yoga.I have an aging parent who is very important to me and don't know what I would do if I didn't have my closest friends around me. All of these things are important and take a lot of my time, but I have some space left for something more.I love music and dancing as well as the outdoors and all that has to offer. Walking around our beautiful city with coffee in hand, hiking and camping. Sports fan...mostly hockey and football and I wear my team colours proudly. So if ur looking for a woman that is waif and boney...again im not the girl for u!! Im comfortable in my own skin:). My workouts consist of lifting 25 lb saddles onto a horses back and taking care and maintaining a showhorse. No better exercise bc im spending irreplaceable moments with my kids!! I do not feel Im the most photogenic and look better in person. I also dont look my age...hear that frequently...good genes I guess. Im interested in what this journey may bring. Im realistic that there will b those th at I meet that there isnt that romantic attraction but hey you can never have too many friends:). Public place a must but anything jointly agreed upon:)
