Other than being somewhat new to the South (yes, another Northerner), a little about me...very genuine, loving, and down to earth woman. Family, friends, and my beautiful daughter mean everything to me. I have been teaching for the past 14 years and love working with children that are struggling with literacy acquisition. I have a huge heart and would love to meet someone that can become my best friend, someone that I connect with on a deep level. I want to share my life with someone who makes me smile, someone that makes me laugh, someone that appreciates and does the "little things" that mean so much.     Hmm. If I was to pick a weakness this would be it. I have a hard time describing myself. I love my job and work hard at it. I travel almost daily for work so even though I meet a lot of people but not near where I live. I am very competitive so it shows in almost everything I do. Sports is a big part of my life. I would rather play them than watch. I take pride in myself and my kids being a single parent we have come along way. My kids are old enough (both in college) to take care of theirselves and we are really close. I am very straight forward person because I don't believe in wasting time. I like to laugh and be active. I have been asked what I am looking for. Well if it was that simple. I will take no less than an equal. I want to feel like I am 16 again with who I am with. The passion and fun. But I want a man who knows who they are and what they are about. I can be very simple and don't have to be wooed. Just be yourself. I'm from a small town and love the country life but lived in big cities. I want someone that can understand what I am about. As I said, an equal....... I will fill this in later.
