Small town girl – I’ I attend church. I’m physically active and would like to do some exploring in the NC Mountains – but I’m up for a beach-trip any day of the week! I think I’m a nice girl with a big smile – that likes to laugh. Over time, I have learned to cope with the challenges of life and handle the day-to-day rigors as they comes, so that I can enjoy free time and make plans for more fun! The man for me is mature and takes responsibility for himself – good, bad and ugly. Still he can’t take himself so seriously that we can’t have fun! A leader who thinks for himself and usually does a good job of it. Like most women I’ll include: loyal, trusting, caring, funny. I would like to spend time someone who is charming and leaves me feeling like the apple of his eye. A little romance goes a long way with me – and so does an afternoon outdoors. A casual dinner at a fun relaxing place...not too romantic...not too many sports TV's. Just a little time to get to know eachother. How about coffee?:-)

Just your average single woman. I work, cook, clean, hang out with my 11 year old son and encourage my 18 year old daughter that attends LSU. I could try to make my life sound exciting but it's just your normal everyday life and it's wonderful, because we have fun, we hug and say "I love u" everyday. If this sounds good to u and you think you or you and yours might want to be a part of our lives. Message me and we will see about introductions. Well I'm not going to lie, I'm a girl and I like to be spoiled. As for a first date, I'm impressed with a guy that can plan something for us.

Hi there and thanks for stopping by and giving my profile a once over. I am a southern woman and all that implies. I am 43 and have two kids that I am very proud of. My daughter is 19 and in college and my son is 12 and in the 7th grade. My daughter just recently moved back to school and my son lives with me full time. I am very proud of them both...they are the best contribution I have made to this world. I thank God for them every day. Their father and I have been divorced ***years and have remained friends...so NO drama there. I am looking to find someone to spend time with and hopefully in the process find my best friend and the one that I don't want to be without. One thing I have found as I'm sure other people have as well is that this isn't as easy as it looks. In saying that I have to say that over these last ***years I have made my fair share of mistakes and definitley learned from them. As far as what I am looking for, I am looking for mutual respect and foremost friendship first.I have been guilty of meeting someone and being so excited that things seemed like they were going in the right direction that I have jumped the gun in saying that was going to be the person for me only to find out in a few weeks that they weren't. I would just like to go slow and get to know someone first and then go from there and see where that takes me. I would definitely like to say that I found my true love in ***. My goal is to get off here and say I'm done with dating...LOL I have a "big" personality and tend to be the life of the party...but also love to stay in. I enjoy spending time with family and friends and enjoy a night out on occasion but enjoy just haning out at home cuddled up on the couch with a movie and popcorn and spending it with someone special. My friends would describe me as bright and shiny....extra bonus points if you know what that means! have dinner or drinks and talk in a quiet place and get to know one another...no movies as you really can't talk there...lol
