For starters...(I will probably edit this later to add more detail) I am by nature long-winded (haha). My first and foremost passion is a healthy lifestyle. I truly believe that good nutrition and regular exercise will lead to a healthy,happy life. My hobbies pretty much include anything outdoors. Hiking in the mountains is one of my favorite activities. That's a few of them anyway.
