Okay, I'll just ramble a bit. Writing this stuff is always strange. I love to travel, but haven't done too much of it recently. I enjoy trying anything new, going places, meeting new friends, being outside, going to the beach, shooting pool, watching football (big Ravens fan!), running, having beer and crabs or hot wings on a dock somewhere, etc. I'm currently training for my first 5K in December. I have two teenage boys who are awesome and keep me busy, as I have them much of the time. I'm really easy to be around, love to laugh, and have a good sense of humor. I enjoy everything from going out to a club to dance or hear a band to watching a movie (action films are my favorite - no chick flicks), to taking a long walk outside. I'm not into politics at all...so don't bother talking about that. (My ex was a right-wing nut, and I overdosed on the stuff. A man that is confident and makes decisions is attractive. I don't need a guy to take care of me, I've got my stuff together and I'm a bit independent. But, I do like spending time with someone who is fun, interesting, and makes me laugh. My favorite musicians are Matchbox 20, P!nk, and Nickelback, but I'll listen to most anything...other than Jazz.

My profile may come across as very "Type A', but in actuality, I am a very laid back person and just trying to find balance between fun, serious, active, and relaxed in this great world of ours! I believe in doing things side by side with my man, but not everything has to be done together. I love spending my time dancing, being with friends, and doing sports. With dancing, it's salsa or swing dancing or 80's dancing. I have no pride and love to dance (my man doesn't have to dance). I am a sports freak. Mostly doing them (equestrian. triathlons, cycling, scuba, mountaineering, kayaking). Although, I also can be a couch potato. I love watching soccer, football and baseball. I'm so psyched as have finally recovered from dual shoulder injuries and I am now free after 2 years of "taking it easy"....it was a bummer! I am no "fluff chick" who expects her man to wait on her. In fact, I prefer to do things myself...that great feeling of accomplishing a goal. I've included all types of pics as my body type is somewhere in between Athletic/few extra pounds. I have broad shoulders, a ton of muscle mass, and just enough extra skin to make my girly parts "more fun". Pics included hiking at Blackcomb Glacier to go skiing out of bounds, and beach shot from 09, Halloween 09 as Xena Warrior Princess, and my self portrait with the SouthPark boys (I use to work there for 3 seasons)...I have sometimes very liberal humor on account of being on the payroll so long :P (at least, that's my excuse ;) I have lived all over North America, and I have met so many great people along the way. The warmth and trust that people have shown me has been overwhelming. It has shown me that working for relationships, being honest, and the respect that we show each other is the most important thing in the world. It always comes back "at us" what we put "out there"..and I have been so lucky to have met my friends (really, my extended family). My friends ARE part of my family. They validate who I am. How hard can this be? For me, it comes down to simple basics--the things we learned when we were young: be honest, be reliable, trustworthy, a good listener, cherish and love your family and friends, remember we are all different, but different is not "bad," never judge anyone--we all have opinions and in this country we have the liberty of "freedom of speech," however, sometimes it's best to keep our thoughts to ourselves. Never hurt with intent, never spread rumors--if that's how you play, get out of the sandbox. Always be a lady. Always be respectful of those younger and older. Common interests can be helpful; however, learning new things is always exciting and sometimes more rewarding when you share the experience with someone.Top of the list: laughter is a must! I laugh at myself all the time and to laugh until your face and ribs hurt and you're crying because something is just so funny, now that's what I consider the best it can get.I am a drama-free woman. I have seen too many woman who feed the drama pool, hook up with men for all sorts of reasons--liking them, loving them or enjoying being with them, are not at the top of this list and that's just wrong!I enjoy nature and all the beauty it brings us.--perfectly prepared delights in a cozy, romantic setting.I enjoy dancing and most music. I can't get into "gangsta rap and I don't twerk." I love exploring new places, photography and architecture. I can do ball-gowns, sweats or my favorite, jeans and a white tee.
