I am a funloving and energetic lady with goals and dreams and would like to meet new people who have that same mindset. I like to be outdoors, sports of all kinds are great but I really like baseball. I like to try new things, be adventurous at times, take day trips as well as hang out with my kids who I have most of the time. My friends say I am a caring person with a big heart. I am a good listener and I like to have intelligent conversation as well as laugh. I love a sense of humor! There are times I am a bit sarcastic but it is all in good fun. I am new to this whole scene and am really looking for someone who I can talk to and get to know. I have been a little on the lonely side but am optimistic about life and everything each new day holds. I like to go out as well as stay in and enjoy a good movie or read a good book.     My favorite things to do are have easy fun with my daughter, she's the center of my universe since her adoption in ***. She and I are great together, we say our family is small but mighty. And of course our family includes the cat... I love to work out - weight training is at the top of the list but I also love walking, I take TRX training, zumba and yoga when I can get to a class, and I just started running back in December. my knees are not pleased with the running bit, but I really enjoy it. Reading is one of my favorite things to do and I make sure to read a little bit at least every day. I love to eat and visit restaurants, and I really enjoy going away for random weekends or daytrips, especially in the summer since I am free to do much more of what I want. My goal is to try to balance my work life and my mom life and also have a piece of it for myself. I want to be happy and laugh as much as possible. It's hard for me to relax and take it easy sometimes as I try to stay on top of everything, and I need to take more time outs. I personally think I have a pretty good life and I would like to have a person to share it all with.As for music, I am an NPR addict and when it's not NPR jazz is the best. I love it but know nothing about it. Same thing for wine, love it but know nothing about it.
