If you have chemistry with the other person to the point that the dinner turns into a 2 or 3 hour conversation, but it only feels like 30 minutes then you know there will be other dates to do other things. Simple things in life can be some of the best times. After dinner and conversation if you aren't ready for the date to end you could always go see a movie.
