I'm a single mom of a smart, funny, creative boy. I work in the field of education and love my job. I enjoy weight training several times a week and for cardio I usually run- either on the treadmill or outside. I'm into running 5Ks. I also try to get my son out to run with me at least once or twice a week. Fitness is extremely important to me. I'm not at my ideal weight yet but I'm very close. I'm in the best shape of my adult life and plan to keep up the healthy lifestyle on a long term basis.
